【摘要】：目的:探索研究運(yùn)用一效膏外敷治療直腸癌Miles術(shù)后會陰部切口不愈合的臨床療效。材料與方法:將隨機(jī)入選的40例直腸癌Miles術(shù)后會陰部切口不愈合的患者隨機(jī)分成治療組和對照組各20例。會陰部創(chuàng)面常規(guī)消毒后,治療組于會陰部創(chuàng)面處一效膏外敷治療,將適量一效膏均勻涂抹于會陰部創(chuàng)面處,以能完全覆蓋整個創(chuàng)面為度,然后以無菌敷料覆蓋,黏性膠帶固定,每日換藥一次;會陰部創(chuàng)面常規(guī)消毒后,對照組于會陰部創(chuàng)面處濕敷康復(fù)新液治療,每次將約10ml康復(fù)新液均勻平攤于消毒紗布上(厚約4cm)濕敷于創(chuàng)面處,以能完全覆蓋會陰部創(chuàng)面為度,然后無菌敷料覆蓋,黏性膠帶固定,每日換藥一次。兩組治療的療程均為4周,4周后觀察兩組的臨床療效及創(chuàng)面的愈合時間等相關(guān)指標(biāo)。結(jié)果:1.治療組20例術(shù)后會陰部切口不愈合患者中,治愈15例,顯效3例,好轉(zhuǎn)1例,無效1例,總有效率為90.5%;對照組20例術(shù)后會陰部切口不愈合患者中,痊愈9例,顯效3例,好轉(zhuǎn)4例,無效4例,總有效率為80.0%。兩組療效進(jìn)行比較,經(jīng)過t檢驗(yàn)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,得出結(jié)果:P0.05,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。2.治療組會陰部切口愈合時間為(17-43)d,平均切口愈合時間為(22.65±6.85)d;對照組會陰部切口愈合時間為(25-59)d,平均切口愈合時間為(35.00±10.86)d,兩組平均切口愈合時間進(jìn)行比較,得出結(jié)果:P0.05,兩者存在差異性,具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:一效膏較康復(fù)新液在治療直腸癌Miles術(shù)后會陰部切口不愈合的方面臨床療效更顯著,會陰部切口愈合時間短,無其它副作用,臨床應(yīng)用上值得推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the clinical effect of applying Yixiao ointment in the treatment of perineal incision nonunion after Miles operation for rectal cancer. Materials and methods: 40 cases of nonunion of perineum incision after Miles operation of rectal cancer were randomly divided into two groups. There were 20 cases in the treatment group and 20 cases in the control group. In the treatment group, one effect ointment was applied on the wound of perineum, and a proper amount of ointment was smeared on the wound of perineum to cover the whole wound completely, then covered with aseptic dressing, fixed with adhesive tape, and changed dressing once a day. After routine disinfection of perineal wounds, the control group was treated with new solution of wet compress on perineal wounds. Each time, about 10ml of the solution was spread evenly on the disinfectant gauze (about 4cm thick), so as to completely cover the wounds of perineum. Then the sterile dressing covers, the adhesive tape is fixed, The course of treatment in both groups was 4 weeks and 4 weeks later, the clinical curative effect and wound healing time of the two groups were observed. Results 1. In the treatment group, 15 cases were cured and 3 cases were remarkable effect in 20 cases of nonunion of the incision of perineum after operation. In the control group, 9 cases were cured, 3 cases were markedly effective, 4 cases were improved, 4 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 80.0%, and the total effective rate was 90.5%. After t-test statistical analysis, Results: P0.05, the difference is statistically significant. The healing time of perineal incision in the treatment group is 17-43 days, and the average wound healing time is 22.65 鹵6.85 days in the treatment group, while in the control group, the healing time of the perineal incision is 25-59 days, the average wound healing time is 35.00 鹵10.86 days, and the average wound healing time of the two groups is 35.00 鹵10.86 days. Compare the time, The results showed that there was significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion: Yixiexin is more effective in the treatment of nonunion of perineal incision after Miles of rectal cancer, and the healing time of the incision in perineum is shorter. Without other side effects, clinical application is worth popularizing.
