【摘要】：目的:探討單純經(jīng)右側(cè)入路聯(lián)合反向染色法完整切除肝尾狀葉肝癌破裂出血的安全性及可行性。方法:回顧性分析1例肝尾狀葉肝癌伴破裂出血患者的臨床資料并復(fù)習(xí)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)。結(jié)果:術(shù)前對患者的肝功能及腫瘤情況進(jìn)行嚴(yán)密評估,排除手術(shù)禁忌證后,患者成功行右側(cè)入路聯(lián)合反向染色法(對肝右后葉染色區(qū)分尾狀葉的右側(cè)邊界)完整切除肝尾狀葉,術(shù)中未阻斷入肝血流、出肝血流、下腔靜脈,術(shù)后患者肝功能恢復(fù)良好。術(shù)后6個月復(fù)查,未見腫瘤復(fù)發(fā)。結(jié)論:單純行右側(cè)入路聯(lián)合反向染色法完整切除肝尾狀葉腫瘤破裂出血是安全可行的。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the safety and feasibility of complete resection of caudate lobar liver cancer with rupture bleeding via the right approach and reverse staining. Methods: a case of caudate lobe liver cancer with hemorrhage was retrospectively analyzed. Results: the liver function and tumor status of the patients were closely evaluated before operation. After exclusion of contraindications, the patients were successfully treated with right approach combined with reverse staining (the right margin of the caudate lobe was stained to distinguish the caudate lobe of the liver). The hepatic caudate lobes were removed completely without blocking the hepatic blood flow, leaving the hepatic blood flow, and inferior vena cava. The liver function of the patients recovered well 6 months after operation and no recurrence was found. Conclusion: it is safe and feasible to complete resection of ruptured hemorrhage of caudate lobe tumor by right side approach combined with reverse staining.
