揖Abstract銥 A major problem in the treatment of ovarian cancer is the high percentage of recurrence and
chemoresistance. Cancer stem cells 淵CSCs冤 can proliferate indefinitely, be proved enhancing chemoresistance and
indicatea close relationship with chemoresistance. CSCs with definite cell surface maker can be separated from
chemoresistant ovarian cancer cells, they can providea reservoir of cells that can self -renew, maintain the tumor
which make up the bulk of the tumor and may be the primary source of recurrence and chemoresistance. According to
the special cell-surface marker and making chemotherapeutics selectively binding with ovarian cancer stem cells, can
eliminate cancer recurrence and chemoresistance thoroughly and provide more effective che
