本文關(guān)鍵詞：STAT3及β-catenin在原發(fā)性肝細(xì)胞癌中表達(dá)及其臨床意義

【摘要】：目的探討信號轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)子和轉(zhuǎn)錄激活子3(signal transducer and activator of transcription 3,STAT3)及β-連接蛋白(β-catenin)在原發(fā)性肝細(xì)胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)中的表達(dá)及與HCC臨床病理特征的關(guān)系。方法使用免疫組化檢測50例HCC,10例癌旁肝組織,10例肝硬化組織及10例肝血管瘤標(biāo)本中正常肝組織的STAT3蛋白及β-catenin蛋白表達(dá)。結(jié)果STAT3在HCC、癌旁組織、肝硬化組織、正常組織中陽性表達(dá)率分別為76%、10%、40%及0,陽性表達(dá)主要位于細(xì)胞質(zhì),β-catenin在上述組織中陽性表達(dá)率分別為74%、20%、30%及0,陽性表達(dá)亦主要位于細(xì)胞質(zhì)。STAT3及β-catenin在上述各類組織中陽性表達(dá)率差異均具有顯著性(P0.001)。STAT3在年齡、瘤體大小、AFP、病理分化程度及是否具有脈管癌栓等因素在HCC組織中具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(P0.05)。HCC組織、癌旁組織及肝硬化組織中STAT3與β-catenin表達(dá)具有顯著正相關(guān)(P0.001)。結(jié)論STAT3及β-catenin在HCC的發(fā)生、發(fā)展中起著重要作用,且兩者表達(dá)強(qiáng)度具有顯著正相關(guān)。
