【摘要】：目的：觀察中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療雷諾氏病的臨床療效,并對所應(yīng)用的康脈組合的作用機(jī)理進(jìn)行初步研究。 方法：本研究以雷諾氏病患者為研究對象,采用完全隨機(jī)方法將68例病人分為治療組和對照組,分別應(yīng)用中西醫(yī)結(jié)合療法和常規(guī)療法進(jìn)行治療,兩組予以相同的飲食及護(hù)理,一個月結(jié)束療程。依據(jù)癥狀分級量化評分表制定計分標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對患者用藥前后的主要癥狀進(jìn)行評分。根據(jù)療效判定標(biāo)準(zhǔn),評定療效,并進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計學(xué)處理。 結(jié)果：1.治療組總有效率91.17%,對照組總有效率58.82%,兩組療效比較具有顯著性差異(P0.05),表明治療組總有效率優(yōu)于對照組。2.兩組患者治療后各主要癥狀總積分比較,治療組亦優(yōu)于對照組,具有顯著性差異(P0.05)。3.兩組患者治療后理化檢查比較,治療組優(yōu)于對照組,具有顯著差異(P0.05)。 結(jié)論：中西醫(yī)結(jié)合療法對雷諾氏病有肯定的治療作用,優(yōu)于對照組的療效。康脈組合應(yīng)用方便并能取得良好的臨床治療效果。中西醫(yī)結(jié)合療法治療雷諾氏療效顯著,治愈率高,值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of Raynaud's disease, and to study the mechanism of Kangmai combination. Methods: in this study, 68 patients with Raynaud's disease were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group and the control group. They were treated with the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine and routine therapy respectively. The two groups were given the same diet and nursing care. The course of treatment ends in one month. According to the symptom grading and quantification scoring table, the main symptoms of patients before and after medication were scored. According to the criterion of curative effect, evaluate the curative effect, and carry on statistical treatment. Results: 1. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.17 and the total effective rate of the control group was 58.82. There was significant difference between the two groups (P0.05), indicating that the total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. 2. Two groups of patients after treatment of the main symptoms of the total score comparison, the treatment group is also better than the control group, with significant difference (P0.05). Two groups of patients after treatment physical and chemical examination comparison, the treatment group is better than the control group, has the significant difference (P0.05). Conclusion: integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy has definite therapeutic effect on Raynaud's disease, which is superior to that of control group. Kangmai combination is convenient and can obtain good clinical effect. Combined traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of Raynaud's curative effect is remarkable, the cure rate is high, it is worth clinical popularizing application.
