【摘要】：目的:觀察觀察中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療慢性腎炎的臨床療效,探討中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療慢性腎炎的優(yōu)勢和可行性。方法:選取60例陜西中醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬醫(yī)院腎病科慢性腎炎臨床辨證為氣陰兩虛證患者,隨機分為治療組及對照組各30例。治療組在西醫(yī)對癥治療的基礎(chǔ)上,加服用腎炎Ⅱ號方;對照組西醫(yī)對癥治療。觀察兩組病人治療前后血、尿常規(guī)、糞常規(guī)加隱血、腎功、肝功、電解質(zhì)、心電圖、24h尿蛋白定量。結(jié)果:兩組治療結(jié)果均進行統(tǒng)計學(xué)處理,顯示有顯著性差異(P0.01)。各項指標(biāo)的觀察結(jié)果表明:腎炎Ⅱ號方能夠顯著降低尿蛋白,治療過程中未發(fā)現(xiàn)任何不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論:腎炎Ⅱ號方能整體改善慢性腎炎患者臨床癥狀;降低尿蛋白實驗室指標(biāo);該方劑在服用期間無毒副反應(yīng),患者容易長期接受。
