【摘要】：目的:觀察觀察中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療慢性腎炎的臨床療效,探討中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療慢性腎炎的優(yōu)勢(shì)和可行性。方法:選取60例陜西中醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬醫(yī)院腎病科慢性腎炎臨床辨證為氣陰兩虛證患者,隨機(jī)分為治療組及對(duì)照組各30例。治療組在西醫(yī)對(duì)癥治療的基礎(chǔ)上,加服用腎炎Ⅱ號(hào)方;對(duì)照組西醫(yī)對(duì)癥治療。觀察兩組病人治療前后血、尿常規(guī)、糞常規(guī)加隱血、腎功、肝功、電解質(zhì)、心電圖、24h尿蛋白定量。結(jié)果:兩組治療結(jié)果均進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)處理,顯示有顯著性差異(P0.01)。各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的觀察結(jié)果表明:腎炎Ⅱ號(hào)方能夠顯著降低尿蛋白,治療過(guò)程中未發(fā)現(xiàn)任何不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論:腎炎Ⅱ號(hào)方能整體改善慢性腎炎患者臨床癥狀;降低尿蛋白實(shí)驗(yàn)室指標(biāo);該方劑在服用期間無(wú)毒副反應(yīng),患者容易長(zhǎng)期接受。
