【摘要】：目的:比較中西醫(yī)結(jié)合卒中單元與非卒中單元的臨床療效。方法:將1000例腦卒中患者隨機(jī)分為兩組。卒中單元組500例采用中西醫(yī)結(jié)合卒中單元治療,非卒中單元組500例按傳統(tǒng)模式用一般治療方法進(jìn)行治療。觀察兩組患者入院時(shí)及出院時(shí)卒中殘障評(píng)分(按OHS評(píng)定)及生活能力評(píng)分(按Barthel評(píng)定),并最終統(tǒng)計(jì)兩組患者死亡率。結(jié)果:入院時(shí)兩組患者的OHS評(píng)分及Barthel評(píng)分相近,差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。出院時(shí)兩組評(píng)分均有向愈改變,但卒中單元組患者改變明顯,與非卒中單元組比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01),卒中單元組患者死亡率低于非卒中單元組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:中西醫(yī)結(jié)合卒中單元的臨床療效優(yōu)于非卒中單元組,值得推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the clinical effect between stroke unit and non-stroke unit. Methods: 1000 patients with stroke were randomly divided into two groups. The stroke unit group (500 cases) was treated with the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine (TCM) and the non-stroke unit group (500 cases) was treated with the general treatment method according to the traditional mode. The scores of stroke disability (OHS) and ability of life (Barthel) at admission and discharge were observed and the mortality of the two groups was calculated. Results: the OHS score and Barthel score of the two groups were similar at admission, and the difference was not statistically significant (P0.05). When discharged from hospital, the scores of both groups were significantly changed, but the patients in the stroke unit group had obvious changes, compared with the non-stroke unit group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.01). The mortality rate of the stroke unit group was lower than that of the non-stroke unit group, and the mortality rate of the stroke unit group was lower than that of the non-stroke unit group. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: the clinical effect of stroke unit combined with traditional Chinese and western medicine is better than that of non-stroke unit group, which is worth popularizing.
