【摘要】：目的探討中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療腎病綜合征的臨床療效。方法回顧性分析我院近年來收治的56例腎病綜合征患者的臨床資料。結(jié)果治療組56例腎病綜合征患者,經(jīng)過中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療,總有效率為91.07%;對照組67例腎病綜合征患者,經(jīng)過單純激素治療,總有效率為74.63%;兩組患者的臨床療效經(jīng)統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析,P0.05,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)論在治療腎病綜合征方面,中西醫(yī)結(jié)合的治療方法明顯優(yōu)于單獨使用激素的西藥治療。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome. Methods the clinical data of 56 patients with nephrotic syndrome in our hospital in recent years were analyzed retrospectively. Results the total effective rate of 56 patients with nephrotic syndrome in the treatment group was 91.07 after integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine, while in the control group, 67 patients with nephrotic syndrome were treated with simple hormone. The total effective rate was 74.63. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was statistically analyzed (P 0.05). Conclusion in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome, the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine is better than that of hormone alone.
