【摘要】：目的:觀察中西醫(yī)結合治療急性膽源性胰腺炎的臨床療效。方法:將診斷為急性膽源性胰腺炎拒絕接受手術治療或要求進行內科保守治療的124例患者隨機分為治療組62例和對照組62例。對照組治療禁食并予以西咪替丁(或洛賽克)、善得定(或抑肽酶)、抗生素(左氧氟沙星、甲硝唑)聯(lián)合治療;禁食期間的腸外營養(yǎng)用葡萄糖和脂肪乳加多種維生素。治療組在對照組用藥的基礎上加用黃連溫膽湯加味治療。結果:治療組7天內治愈56例,對照組治愈20例(P0.01);治療組與對照組比較,在7天內尿淀粉酶恢復正常的例數(shù)分別為56例和28例,腹痛緩解時間分別為(1.83±1.43)天和(5.26±3.73)天,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(均P0.01)。結論:西藥常規(guī)治療輔以黃連溫膽湯加味對急性膽源性胰腺炎的療效較西藥常規(guī)治療具有明顯優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on acute biliary pancreatitis. Methods: 124 patients who had been diagnosed as acute biliary pancreatitis who refused to undergo surgery or required conservative medical treatment were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 62) and control group (n = 62). The control group was treated with cimetidine (or loseck), aprotinin (or aprotinin), antibiotics (levofloxacin, metronidazole), and parenteral nutrition during fasting with glucose and fat milk plus multivitamins. The treatment group was treated with Huanglian Wendan decoction on the basis of the control group. Results: 56 cases were cured within 7 days in the treatment group, 20 cases in the control group (P0.01), 56 cases in the treatment group and 28 cases in the control group in which urine amylase returned to normal, the relief time of abdominal pain was (1.83 鹵1.43) days and (5.26 鹵3.73) days, respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups (P 0.01). Conclusion: the curative effect of traditional western medicine combined with Huanglian Wendan decoction on acute biliary pancreatitis is superior to that of western medicine.
