【摘要】：目的:觀察注射A型肉毒毒素(botulinum toxin type A,BTX-A)治療第三腰椎橫突綜合征的臨床療效。方法:將25例第三腰椎橫突綜合征患者隨機(jī)分成2組,穴位注射組10例,針刺組15例。穴位注射組注射BTX-A,取第三腰椎橫突處壓痛點(diǎn)或其周?chē)蜓樽⑸潼c(diǎn);針刺組予針刺治療,取穴同穴位注射組。隨訪2個(gè)月,比較2組療效及起效時(shí)間。結(jié)果:穴位注射組痊愈率為50.0%,起效時(shí)間為(3.75±1.65)天;針刺組分別為0和(12.47±5.33)天。2組各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)比較,穴位注射組均優(yōu)于針刺組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:穴位注射A型肉毒毒素治療第三腰椎橫突綜合征的臨床療效優(yōu)于單純針刺治療。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of botulinum toxin type A (BTX-A) injection in the treatment of the third lumbar transverse process syndrome. Methods: 25 patients with the third lumbar transverse process syndrome were randomly divided into two groups: acupoint injection group (10 cases) and acupuncture group (15 cases). Results: The cure rate of acupoint injection group was 50.0%, the onset time was (3.75 1.65) days, and the indexes of acupoint injection group were 0 and (12.47 5.33) days, respectively. Botulinum toxin is better than acupuncture alone in the treatment of third lumbar transverse process syndrome.
