【摘要】：目的:研究中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療對Graves病患者外周血T、B淋巴細胞亞群及部分協(xié)同刺激分子表達的影響。方法:運用流式細胞術(shù)測定20例Graves病初發(fā)患者、11例他巴唑治療患者(西藥組)、16例他巴唑合用中藥五岳抗甲丸治療患者(中西醫(yī)結(jié)合組)及16例正常對照外周血淋巴細胞CD19、CD40、CD80、CD3、CD4、CD8、CD28等分子的表達水平。結(jié)果:Graves病初發(fā)患者CD19+、CD40+、CD19+CD40+、CD80+細胞比率高于正常對照組(P0.01或P0.05),CD3+CD8+細胞比率降低(P0.05),CD3+CD4+/CD3+CD8+比值高于正常對照(P0.05);西藥組患者CD80+細胞恢復正常,CD3+CD4+細胞比率及CD3+CD4+/CD3+CD8+比值高于正常對照(P0.05,P0.01),而CD3+CD8+及CD8+CD28+細胞比率低于正常對照(P0.01,P0.05);除CD80+細胞比率高于正常對照外,中西醫(yī)結(jié)合組所測各種分子的表達同正常對照組比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學意義;同西藥組比較,中西醫(yī)結(jié)合組CD3+CD4+細胞降低(P0.01),CD3+CD8+及CD8+CD28+細胞比率升高(P0.01,P0.05),CD3+CD4+/CD3+CD8+比值降至正常水平(P0.01)。結(jié)論:Graves病患者體液免疫處于較高水平,存在細胞免疫調(diào)節(jié)失衡,中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療較單純西藥治療更有利于患者免疫狀態(tài)的恢復。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on the expression of Thunb lymphocyte subsets and partial co-stimulatory molecules in peripheral blood of patients with Graves disease. Methods: flow cytometry was used to determine the expression of Thunb lymphocyte subsets and partial costimulatory molecules in peripheral blood of 20 patients with Graves disease. The expression level of CD19, CD40, CD40, CD40, CD80, CD3, CD4, CD8, CD8, CD28, and other molecules in peripheral blood lymphocytes of patients with primary Graves disease were studied. The ratio of P0.01 or P0.05C / CD3 CD8 cells in the western medicine group was higher than that in the normal control group, and the ratio of CD80 cells to normal CD4 cells and CD3 CD4 / CD3 CD8 ratio in the western medicine group was higher than that in the normal control group, while the ratio of CD3 CD8 and CD8 CD28 was higher than that of the normal control group. The percentage of CD80 cells was lower than that of normal controls, except that the ratio of CD80 cells was higher than that of normal controls. Compared with the normal control group, the expression of various molecules measured in the integrated Chinese and western medicine group was not significantly different from that in the western medicine group. The ratio of CD3 CD4 cells and CD8 CD28 cells decreased to a normal level. Conclusion the humoral immunity of patients with CD3's disease is at a higher level, and the cellular immune regulation is out of balance. Integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment is more conducive to the recovery of patients' immune state than western medicine alone.
