【摘要】：哮喘-慢性阻塞性肺疾病重疊綜合征(ACOS)是以持續(xù)性氣流受限為特征的、常見的慢性氣道疾病,但對于本病的相關研究還比較少,對其發(fā)病機制、診斷及治療尚存在諸多不足。中醫(yī)藥對本病的辨證論治的相關論述也不多,診斷以及治療均按照患者的主要癥狀來進行的。總之中西醫(yī)對于本病的認識均有所欠缺,ACOS患者病情重,預后差,在臨床上應高度重視,還需深入研究。
[Abstract]:Asthma-chronic obstructive pulmonary disease overlap syndrome (ACOS) is a common chronic airway disease characterized by persistent airflow limitation. There are still many shortcomings in the diagnosis and treatment of this disease. The diagnosis and treatment were carried out according to the main symptoms of the patients. In a word, the understanding of ACOS patients in traditional Chinese and western medicine were deficient, the prognosis of ACOS patients was poor, so we should attach great importance to it in clinic, and need further study.
