從中西醫(yī)角度探討飲食對(duì)腎臟的影響

【摘要】:在人體中腎臟起到了排泄、調(diào)節(jié)、內(nèi)分泌的作用。腎臟的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)容易發(fā)生腎損害。飲食與腎臟病發(fā)生、進(jìn)展密切相關(guān),如高鈉飲食導(dǎo)致高血壓容易發(fā)生腎損害、食物過敏容易導(dǎo)致過敏性間質(zhì)性腎炎、長(zhǎng)期高熱卡或高蛋白質(zhì)攝入腎臟損害容易加重,等等。本文從中西醫(yī)角度探討飲食對(duì)腎臟的影響。
[Abstract]:The kidney plays a role of excretion, regulation and endocrine in the human body. Kidney structure is prone to kidney damage. Diet is closely related to kidney disease and progression, such as high sodium diet leads to high blood pressure and kidney damage. Food allergy can easily lead to allergic interstitial glomerulonephritis, long-term high calorie or high protein intake of kidney damage is easy to aggravate, etc. This article discusses the effect of diet on kidney from the perspective of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
