【摘要】：正隨著國家公立醫(yī)院綜合改革的全面推進(jìn),各級管理部門與研究機(jī)構(gòu)積極建立醫(yī)院績效考核制度,優(yōu)化醫(yī)院績效評價(jià)方法,推進(jìn)醫(yī)院精細(xì)化管理~([1])。然而,不同醫(yī)院診療患者的疾病復(fù)雜性與特異性決定了醫(yī)療服務(wù)績效評價(jià)需要通過科學(xué)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)調(diào)整。對醫(yī)院臨床服務(wù)績效評價(jià)較為科學(xué)的方法是將疾病診斷相關(guān)組(DRGs)作為基本風(fēng)險(xiǎn)調(diào)整工具~([2]),通過基于DRGs的相關(guān)指標(biāo)客觀評價(jià)醫(yī)院的臨床服務(wù)績效。本研究基
[Abstract]:With the comprehensive reform of national public hospitals advancing in an all-round way, management departments and research institutions at all levels are actively establishing the hospital performance appraisal system, optimizing the methods of hospital performance evaluation, and promoting the meticulous management of hospitals ([1]). However, The complexity and specificity of the disease in different hospitals determine that the evaluation of medical service performance needs to be adjusted by scientific risk. The more scientific method to evaluate the performance of clinical services in hospitals is to make DRGsof disease diagnosis related groups. For the basic risk adjustment tool ([2]), the clinical service performance of the hospital was objectively evaluated based on the relevant indexes based on DRGs.
