【摘要】：目的了解銅陵市鑄造業(yè)工人生存質(zhì)量及其影響因素,為企業(yè)或有關(guān)部門制定相關(guān)政策提供依據(jù)。方法抽取2家鑄造企業(yè)一線工人為工人組(647人),管理和后勤人員為對(duì)照組(254人),采用世界衛(wèi)生組織生存質(zhì)量測(cè)定量表簡表(WHOQOL-BREF)對(duì)該鑄造業(yè)職工進(jìn)行調(diào)查,并采用SPSS 10.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件對(duì)調(diào)查資料進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果鑄造業(yè)工人生理領(lǐng)域、心理領(lǐng)域、生活環(huán)境領(lǐng)域得分分別為(14.05±2.25)、(13.82±2.63)、(10.44±2.57)分,均低于對(duì)照組(分別為14.75±2.22)、(14.35±2.29)、(10.82±2.31)分,(P0.05或P0.01)。結(jié)論鑄造業(yè)工人的生存質(zhì)量偏低,其生存質(zhì)量的影響因素有車間、生病、住房面積、職務(wù)、個(gè)人收入、睡眠時(shí)間等。建議采取綜合措施改善其生存質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the quality of life (QOL) of foundry workers in Tongling City and its influencing factors, and to provide evidence for enterprises or related departments to formulate relevant policies. Methods the first line workers in two foundry enterprises were selected as the worker group (647) and the management and logistics personnel as the control group (254). The quality of life scale (WHOQOL-BREF) of the World Health Organization was used to investigate the foundry workers, and the survey data were analyzed by SPSS 10.0 statistical software. Results the scores of physiological field, psychological field and living environment field of foundry workers were (14.05 鹵2.25), (13.82 鹵2.63), (10.44 鹵2.57), which were lower than those of the control group (14.75 鹵2.22), (14.35 鹵2.29), (10.82 鹵2.31) (P 0.05 or P 0.01). Conclusion the quality of life of foundry workers is low. The influencing factors of QOL are workshop, illness, housing area, position, personal income, sleep time and so on. It is suggested that comprehensive measures should be taken to improve the quality of life.
