2015年淄博市水源性高碘地區(qū)重點(diǎn)人群碘營(yíng)養(yǎng)狀況調(diào)查

【摘要】：目的了解淄博市水源性高碘地區(qū)孕婦等5類重點(diǎn)人群的碘營(yíng)養(yǎng)狀況以及不同人群之間是否存在差異。方法隨機(jī)抽取高青縣東、西、南、北、中5個(gè)個(gè)方位的的5個(gè)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn),采集居民戶食用鹽和水樣進(jìn)行檢測(cè);采集孕婦等5類重點(diǎn)人群的尿樣進(jìn)行尿碘檢測(cè),并對(duì)8~10歲兒童進(jìn)行甲狀腺B超檢查。結(jié)果 2015年共采集居民戶鹽300份,均為無(wú)碘鹽,無(wú)碘鹽率為100%;采集水樣52份,中位數(shù)為225.20μg/L;采集8~10歲兒童、孕婦、哺乳期婦女、嬰幼兒和育齡婦女5類重點(diǎn)人群尿樣455份,尿碘中位數(shù)分別為392.20、168.90、164.80、238.30和375.85μg/L,不同人群尿碘濃度差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(F=6.047,P0.001=;8~10歲兒童甲腫率為52.71%。結(jié)論 2015年高青縣水碘中位數(shù)顯示仍為高碘地區(qū),8~10歲兒童和育齡婦女尿碘水平處于碘過量狀態(tài),孕婦、哺乳期婦女和嬰幼兒碘營(yíng)養(yǎng)處于適宜狀態(tài),8~10歲兒童甲狀腺腫大率處于較高發(fā)病水平,重點(diǎn)人群受高碘危害比較嚴(yán)重,應(yīng)當(dāng)加強(qiáng)高碘地區(qū)不同人群的碘營(yíng)養(yǎng)狀況監(jiān)測(cè)及指導(dǎo);兒童的尿碘水平不能完全代表孕婦等重點(diǎn)人群的的碘營(yíng)養(yǎng)狀況,應(yīng)建立孕婦等重點(diǎn)人群自身的碘營(yíng)養(yǎng)狀況監(jiān)測(cè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the iodine nutrition status of pregnant women in Zibo water-borne iodine excess area and whether there are differences among different populations. Methods five villages and towns in the east, west, south, north and middle of Gaoqing County were randomly selected to collect edible salt and water samples from residential households, urine samples from five key populations, such as pregnant women, were collected for urinary iodine detection, and thyroid ultrasound examination was performed on children aged 8 years and 10 years old.
