【摘要】：目的了解金山區(qū)中小學生非故意傷害的發(fā)生狀況及流行特征,為政府和相關(guān)部門制訂傷害干預(yù)策略和措施提供依據(jù)。方法收集上海市金山區(qū)2009—2013學年全部中小學生非故意傷害個案報告卡,分析傷害發(fā)生的原因、性質(zhì)、臨床特征等。結(jié)果 2009—2013學年共監(jiān)測學生非故意傷害888例,傷害發(fā)生率為0.372%;學校是中小學生傷害發(fā)生的最主要場所(52.48%),其次是家庭和街道公路(20.27%,17.68%);中小學生非故意傷害最主要原因為跌倒,其次是碰撞/擠壓傷(分別占67.46%和10.81%),由跌倒所致的傷害主要為四肢部位的骨折,占全部骨折的78.83%;4—5月及9—10月為傷害高發(fā)時間,共發(fā)生傷害500例(56.31%)。不同性別與不同學段學生非故意傷害發(fā)生的場所分布不同,男生以校內(nèi)傷害為主(57.14%),女生則以校外傷害為主(58.49)(χ2=18.220,P0.05);小學以校外為主(59.34%),中學生傷害主要發(fā)生在校內(nèi)(68.71%),差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(χ2=68.324,P0.05)。結(jié)論金山區(qū)中小學生非故意傷害發(fā)生情況需要更多關(guān)注,應(yīng)根據(jù)中小學生傷害發(fā)生特點開展健康教育及制定干預(yù)策略。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the occurrence and epidemic characteristics of unintentional injury among primary and middle school students in Jinshan District, and to provide evidence for the government and related departments to formulate injury intervention strategies and measures. Methods the report cards of unintentional injury of all primary and middle school students in Jinshan District of Shanghai in 2009 / 2013 were collected, and the causes, nature and clinical characteristics of injury were analyzed. Results A total of 888 cases of unintentional injuries were monitored in the academic year of 2009, the incidence of injuries was 0.372%, the school was the most important place for primary and secondary school students (52.48%), followed by family and street roads (20.27%, 17.68%). The main cause of unintentional injury was fall, followed by collision / crush injury (67.46% and 10.81%, respectively). The injury caused by fall was mainly fracture of extremities, accounting for 78.83% of all fractures, and 500 cases (56.31%) had high incidence of injuries in April-May and September-October. The distribution of unintentional injury was different among different genders and different school segments.
