特種甘薯TSP-1水提物對Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠血脂和血小板的影響

【摘要】:用高脂飼料連續(xù)喂養(yǎng)12周后結(jié)合一次性腹腔注射鏈脲佐菌素(streptozotocin,STZ)20 mg/kg建立Ⅱ型糖尿病(typeⅡdiabetes mellitus,T2DM)大鼠模型。在造模后繼續(xù)飼喂高脂飼料的過程中用TSP-1甘薯水提物干預(yù)治療,以生理鹽水作為對照。結(jié)果表明,TSP-1甘薯水提物連續(xù)灌胃給藥5周后,T2DM模型大鼠血液總膽固醇(TC)顯著降低(P0.05)、甘油三酯(TG)及動脈粥樣硬化指數(shù)(AI)極顯著降低(P0.01),而血小板數(shù)量顯著增加;TSP-1甘薯水提物并不能阻止T2DM模型大鼠血糖值的繼續(xù)升高,但與對照組相比增幅下降,兩者差異不顯著(P0.05),表明TSP-1甘薯水提物不能有效降低T2DM模型大鼠血糖。
[Abstract]:A model of type II diabetes mellitus (type II diabetes mellitus, T2DM) was established after 12 weeks of continuous feeding with high-fat feed and 20 mg/ kg of streptozoocin (STZ)20 mg/ kg. In the process of feeding high-fat feed, the water extract of TSP-1 sweet potato was used for the treatment and the normal saline was used as the control. The results showed that the total cholesterol (TC) decreased significantly (P0.05), triglyceride (TG) and atherosclerosis index (AI) in the model rats with T2DM (P0.05), while the number of platelets increased significantly after 5 weeks of continuous gastric administration of TSP-1 sweet potato water extract. The water extract of the TSP-1 sweet potato could not prevent the continuous increase of the blood glucose level in the model rats of the T2DM model, but the difference between the two groups was not significant (P0.05), indicating that the water extract of the TSP-1 sweet potato could not effectively reduce the blood sugar of the rats with T2DM.
