【摘要】：目的了解2002-2015年浦東新區(qū)育齡婦女死亡情況,為制定相應(yīng)的干預(yù)措施提供參考。方法對(duì)2002-2015年上海市浦東新區(qū)育齡婦女死亡資料進(jìn)行流行病學(xué)分析,采用國(guó)際疾病分類標(biāo)準(zhǔn)第10版(ICD-10)對(duì)死因資料進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一編碼,利用死亡率、死因順位、死因構(gòu)成比、年度變化百分比(APC)描述育齡婦女死亡狀況。結(jié)果 2002-2015年浦東新區(qū)育齡婦女死亡率為54.93/10萬(wàn),死亡率隨年齡增長(zhǎng)而增高;腫瘤、損傷中毒以及循環(huán)系統(tǒng)疾病是育齡婦女的主要死因,合計(jì)占總死亡數(shù)的79.55%;15~29歲年齡組首位死因?yàn)閾p傷中毒,30~39歲年齡組以及40~49歲年齡組首位死因?yàn)槟[瘤。14年間,育齡婦女死亡率呈現(xiàn)逐年下降趨勢(shì)(APC=-4.47%,Z=15.37,P0.001),女性生殖器官惡性腫瘤死亡率呈現(xiàn)逐年上升的趨勢(shì)(APC=6.50%,Z=2.90,P=0.013);結(jié)論浦東新區(qū)育齡婦女死亡率呈現(xiàn)降低趨勢(shì),不同年齡組死亡原因存在差異,應(yīng)采取差異化的預(yù)防措施,尤其應(yīng)注重針對(duì)女性生殖器官惡性腫瘤干預(yù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the mortality of women of childbearing age in Pudong New area from 2002 to 2015, and to provide reference for the formulation of corresponding intervention measures. Methods Epidemiological analysis of death data of women of childbearing age in Pudong New area of Shanghai from 2002 to 2015 was carried out. The death data of women of childbearing age were uniformly encoded by the 10th edition of the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10). The mortality rate, cause of death order, constituent ratio of cause of death and annual percentage of death were used to describe the death status of women of childbearing age. Results from 2002 to 2015, the mortality rate of women of childbearing age in Pudong New area was 54.93 / 100000, and the mortality rate increased with the increase of age. Tumor, injury poisoning and circulatory system diseases were the main causes of death among women of childbearing age, accounting for 79.55% of the total deaths. The first death in the 15 age group was due to injury poisoning, the first death in the 30 age group and the 49 age group was tumor. During the 14 years, the mortality rate of women of childbearing age showed a decreasing trend year by year (APC=-4.47%,Z=15.37,P0.001), and the mortality rate of malignant tumors of female reproductive organs increased year by year (APC=6.50%,Z=2.90,P=0.013). Conclusion the mortality rate of women of childbearing age in Pudong New area shows a decreasing trend, and there are differences in the causes of death among different age groups. Differential preventive measures should be taken, especially attention should be paid to the intervention of malignant tumors of female reproductive organs.
