【摘要】：目的探析孕前優(yōu)生健康教育在育齡婦女中的應(yīng)用效果。方法本次研究選取我站2014年1月至2014年12月期間做免費(fèi)孕前優(yōu)生健康檢查的200例育齡婦女作為研究對(duì)象。其中100例育齡婦女愿意接受孕前優(yōu)生健康教育分為觀察組,另外100不愿意接受孕前優(yōu)生健康教育分為對(duì)照組。結(jié)果對(duì)照組與觀察組流產(chǎn)發(fā)生率分別為15.00%:6.00%;兩組死胎發(fā)生率分別為7.00%:1.00%;正常妊娠分別為78.00%:93.00%;對(duì)照組健康知識(shí)知曉率中正常受孕生理過(guò)程、營(yíng)養(yǎng)調(diào)配、性知識(shí)與避孕等指標(biāo)分別為86.00%、85.00%、80.00%;觀察組健康知識(shí)知曉率中正常受孕生理過(guò)程、營(yíng)養(yǎng)調(diào)配、性知識(shí)與避孕等指標(biāo)分別為96.00%、96.00%、98.00%。結(jié)論孕前優(yōu)生健康教育在孕齡婦女中的應(yīng)用效果非常明顯,它通過(guò)健康知識(shí)教育避免產(chǎn)婦孕期接觸不良誘因,保證胎兒的正常發(fā)育。通過(guò)孕前檢查減少胎兒發(fā)生缺陷的發(fā)生率,提高新生兒的存活率,落實(shí)我國(guó)優(yōu)生優(yōu)育政策,間接提高了我國(guó)人口素質(zhì)。
