【摘要】：目的了解2013-2015年江西省女性婚檢人群及孕產(chǎn)婦接受HIV、梅毒和乙肝檢測(cè)狀況。方法收集2013-2015年江西省女性婚檢人群接受HIV的檢測(cè)及孕產(chǎn)婦接受HIV、梅毒和乙肝檢測(cè)情況等信息,用描述性分析方法及cochran-armitage趨勢(shì)檢驗(yàn)分析3種疾病的檢測(cè)率/比例、陽(yáng)性率及變化趨勢(shì)。結(jié)果 2015年婚檢人群HIV檢測(cè)比例為70.12%,與2013年相比增長(zhǎng)率為186.67%,陽(yáng)性率為6.32/10萬(wàn),增長(zhǎng)率為14.29%,HIV的檢測(cè)比例呈上升趨勢(shì)。2015年孕產(chǎn)婦HIV、梅毒和乙肝的檢測(cè)率分別為97.70%,97.98%與99.20%,與2013年相比增長(zhǎng)率分別為9.20%,3.78%與1.95%;2015年3種疾病孕期檢測(cè)比例分別為63.57%,63.33%與65.37%,增長(zhǎng)率分別為31.40%,31.47%與23.53%;3種病的檢測(cè)率及孕期檢測(cè)比例均呈上升趨勢(shì)。2015年孕產(chǎn)婦HIV、梅毒和乙肝表面抗原陽(yáng)性率分別為10.61/10萬(wàn),90.57/10萬(wàn),10.97%,增長(zhǎng)率分別為62.73%,26.60%,-1.88%,孕產(chǎn)婦HIV和梅毒陽(yáng)性率呈上升趨勢(shì)。結(jié)論江西省孕產(chǎn)婦HIV、梅毒和乙肝的孕期檢測(cè)比例不高,HIV和梅毒的陽(yáng)性率有上升趨勢(shì),要持續(xù)推進(jìn)母嬰阻斷工作,減少嬰兒感染。
