牛奶中硫氰酸鹽的離子色譜測定法的改進(jìn)

【摘要】:目的對牛奶中硫氰酸鹽離子色譜測定法的樣品預(yù)處理方法和色譜條件進(jìn)行改進(jìn),提高方法的適用性。方法牛奶樣品用氫氧化鈉溶液加熱沉淀蛋白,以AS14陰離子交換柱分離,3.5 mmol/LNa2CO3~1.0 mmol/L Na HCO3溶液洗脫,電導(dǎo)檢測器檢測。結(jié)果硫氰酸鹽濃度在0.1mg/L~2.00 mg/L范圍內(nèi)線性良好,回歸方程y=1.314×10-6x+0.024,r=0.9997,最低檢出濃度0.8 mg/kg,精密度為1.5%~3.6%、加標(biāo)回收率為93.5%~101.6%。結(jié)論本方法簡便,快速,靈敏,適用于牛奶中的硫氰酸鹽的檢測。
