家庭社會經(jīng)濟(jì)地位對4~6年級兒童健康知識行為的影響研究

【摘要】:目的分析家庭社會經(jīng)濟(jì)地位(SES)在兒童養(yǎng)育過程中所致知識和行為的差異。方法采用分層隨機(jī)整群抽樣方法,根據(jù)地理特征、社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平等因素,以中國內(nèi)地8省(市、自治區(qū))為抽樣框,抽取8904名4~6年級小學(xué)生作為研究對象,了解其健康知識、行為現(xiàn)狀及日常運(yùn)動、寫作業(yè)、看電視及周末補(bǔ)眠現(xiàn)狀。結(jié)果 8904名學(xué)生家庭SES高、中、低所占比例(家庭SES評分)分別為33.3%(62.20±7.29)、33.9%(46.76±2.74)和32.8%(39.26±2.37);兒童健康知識平均為(6.83±4.48);優(yōu)秀、良好、不良人數(shù)分別為48人(0.54%)、1480人(16.62%)和7376人(82.84%);兒童健康行為平均得分為(3.43±1.02);行為不良,良好、優(yōu)秀分別為4311人(48.42%)、3496人(39.26%)、1097(12.32%)。SES評分低、中、高家庭的兒童健康知識優(yōu)秀的比例分別為0.36%(11/3034)、0.59%(17/2905)和0.67%(20/2284),健康行為優(yōu)秀比例分別為14.83%(450/3034)、12.70%(369/2905)和9.38%(278/2965),不同SES家庭小學(xué)生健康知識和健康行為的差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(χ2值分別為121.75、58.78,P0.01)。高SES家庭兒童相比中、低SES家庭,做作業(yè)、看電視、體育活動時間最短,周末不補(bǔ)眠的比例最高。結(jié)論 SES不同家庭兒童健康知識、健康行為之間存在差異,存在潛在的健康不公。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the differences of knowledge and behavior caused by family socio-economic status (SES) in the process of child rearing. Methods according to the geographical characteristics and the level of social and economic development, 8904 pupils of grade 6 were selected from 8 provinces (cities and autonomous regions) in mainland China by stratified random cluster sampling. Understand their health knowledge, behavior status and daily exercise, do homework, watch TV and sleep on weekends. Results the SES of 8904 students was high, middle and low (family SES score) were 33. 3% (62. 20 鹵7. 29), 33. 9% (46. 76 鹵2. 74) and 32. 8% (39. 26 鹵2. 37), respectively.
