山東省1090份市售水產品中食源性致病菌污染狀況分析

【摘要】:目的了解山東省市售水產品中食源性致病菌的污染狀況,為相關部門有針對性地開展預防控制及標準制定提供科學依據(jù)。方法對2015-2016年山東省監(jiān)測的1 090份市售水產品樣品中的副溶血性弧菌、霍亂弧菌、沙門菌、單核細胞增生李斯特菌等4種常見食源性致病菌的污染現(xiàn)狀進行分析。結果 1 090份水產品中,4種食源性致病菌檢出率為32.29%(352/1 090)。其中,淡水產品的檢出率高于海水產品(分別為35.95%和28.60%)。水產品中副溶血性弧菌檢出率最高,為27.06%(295/10 90),其次為霍亂弧菌5.24%(30/572)和沙門菌3.49%(38/1 090),單增李斯特菌檢出率最低,為1.74%(19/1 090)。淡水甲殼類、淡水螺類是食源性致病菌檢出率較高的水產品種類,檢出率分別為44.72%(55/123)、37.74%(20/53)。結論山東省市售水產品中污染的食源性致病菌主要以副溶血性弧菌為主,建議相關部門進一步加強水產品市場監(jiān)管及風險監(jiān)測工作。
