【摘要】：目的了解山東省市售水產(chǎn)品中食源性致病菌的污染狀況,為相關部門有針對性地開展預防控制及標準制定提供科學依據(jù)。方法對2015-2016年山東省監(jiān)測的1 090份市售水產(chǎn)品樣品中的副溶血性弧菌、霍亂弧菌、沙門菌、單核細胞增生李斯特菌等4種常見食源性致病菌的污染現(xiàn)狀進行分析。結(jié)果 1 090份水產(chǎn)品中,4種食源性致病菌檢出率為32.29%(352/1 090)。其中,淡水產(chǎn)品的檢出率高于海水產(chǎn)品(分別為35.95%和28.60%)。水產(chǎn)品中副溶血性弧菌檢出率最高,為27.06%(295/10 90),其次為霍亂弧菌5.24%(30/572)和沙門菌3.49%(38/1 090),單增李斯特菌檢出率最低,為1.74%(19/1 090)。淡水甲殼類、淡水螺類是食源性致病菌檢出率較高的水產(chǎn)品種類,檢出率分別為44.72%(55/123)、37.74%(20/53)。結(jié)論山東省市售水產(chǎn)品中污染的食源性致病菌主要以副溶血性弧菌為主,建議相關部門進一步加強水產(chǎn)品市場監(jiān)管及風險監(jiān)測工作。
