低碘環(huán)境對(duì)子代大鼠血清及睪丸抗氧化能力的影響
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effects of low iodine diet on the antioxidation ability of serum and testis of male Wistar offspring. Methods the female rats of SPF grade Wistar were fed with iodine content of 20 渭 g / kg (A group, 50 渭 g / kg (B group and 300 渭 g / kg (C group for a long time. The serum of male rats were fed for 3 months, 6 months and 9 months after the passage of "three generations, two nests", and the second generation was fed for 3 months, 6 months and 9 months, respectively. Superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content in testis. Results long-term intake of iodine-deficient diet from parents significantly affected the antioxidation ability of serum and testes of the second generation male rats, and the lower the iodine content in feed was, the more obvious the effect was. Serum SOD, testicular tissue GSH-Px was most affected by iodine deficiency (P0.05). The results showed that iodine deficiency affected mitochondrial SOD activity of testicular cells (P0.05). Conclusion the longer the cycle of iodine deficiency is, the worse the iodine nutrition level is, and the more obvious the effect on the antioxidation ability of offspring is, which indicates that the intervention of iodine deficiency should be carried out in the early stage. It is also suggested that the detection of antioxidant capacity in high-risk patients with iodine deficiency can be used as one of the indexes to judge iodine deficiency damage.
