【摘要】：目的分析貴州省貧困山區(qū)6~23月齡嬰幼兒喂養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀,為科學(xué)實(shí)施營養(yǎng)干預(yù)提供依據(jù)。方法采用二階段分層隨機(jī)抽樣的方法,在貴州省貧困山區(qū)隨機(jī)抽取1643名6~23月齡的嬰幼兒及其看護(hù)人作為調(diào)查對象,對調(diào)查對象采用面對面訪談式的方法調(diào)查嬰幼兒及家庭一般情況、輔食添加等情況,并對收集的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果接受調(diào)查的1643名嬰幼兒中,過去24 h母乳喂養(yǎng)率僅40.11%,其中18~23月齡組為24.72%,不同月齡組嬰幼兒過去24 h母乳喂養(yǎng)率差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01);6月齡前已經(jīng)添加輔食的嬰幼兒1630名,占99.19%;奶制品、營養(yǎng)素補(bǔ)充劑等添加比例低,過去24 h嬰幼兒固體、半固體輔食添加頻率均數(shù)為(2.81±0.93)次,各月齡組嬰幼兒輔食添加頻率主要為2~3次。結(jié)論目前貴州省6縣嬰幼兒在過去24 h母乳喂養(yǎng)率、首次輔食添加時(shí)間、輔食添加種類及頻率等方面都存在一定的問題。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the feeding status of 6-23-month-old infants and infants in poverty-stricken mountainous areas of Guizhou Province, in order to provide scientific basis for nutrition intervention. Methods 1643 infants aged 6 ~ 23 months and their caregivers were randomly selected from poverty-stricken mountainous areas of Guizhou province by two-stage stratified random sampling. Face-to-face interview was used to investigate the general situation of infants and families, supplementary food addition and so on, and the collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics. Results among the 1643 infants surveyed, the breastfeeding rate in the past 24 hours was only 40.11%, which was 24.72% in the 18-23 month-old group. There was a significant difference in the breast-feeding rate in the past 24 hours between the different age groups (P0.01). 1630 infants (99.19%) were fed with supplementary food before the age of 6 months. In the past 24 hours, the average frequency of solid and semi-solid supplementary food was (2.81 鹵0.93) times, and the frequency of supplementary food supplement in each month group was mainly 2 ~ 3 times. Conclusion at present, there are some problems in the past 24 hours breast feeding rate, the first supplementary feeding time, the type and frequency of supplementary feeding in 6 counties of Guizhou province.
