中國(guó)1980-2013年青少年首次遺精年齡系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:目的系統(tǒng)分析中國(guó)青少年首次遺精年齡的基本狀態(tài)、變化和特點(diǎn)。方法應(yīng)用薈萃分析(meta分析)方法,計(jì)算機(jī)和人工文獻(xiàn)檢索文獻(xiàn),根據(jù)納人標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)篩選、整理加工和質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià),獲得1980-2013年公開(kāi)發(fā)表的學(xué)術(shù)文獻(xiàn)報(bào)告74篇共192個(gè)數(shù)據(jù),涉及近43.5萬(wàn)人。結(jié)果 1980-2013年來(lái),我國(guó)青少年首次遺精年齡明顯提前(y=-0.0424x+99.129,R~2=0.3268,P0.01),首次遺精年齡平均為14.40歲,由1980年的15.18歲提前至2013年的13.78歲,34年間變化1.40歲;南方和北方地區(qū)均與年代呈明顯負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.0001),34年間分別提前1.16歲和1.33歲;北方地區(qū)的首次遺精年齡明顯晚于南方地區(qū)(P0.001),但隨年代提前的速度比南方快;相同地區(qū)的城鎮(zhèn)地區(qū)明顯早于農(nóng)村地區(qū)(P0.001),但農(nóng)村地區(qū)提前(1.39歲)幅度高于城鎮(zhèn)(0.91歲),城鄉(xiāng)之間差異在減小;年代(1980-1995、1996-2005和2006-2013的3個(gè)年代段)和地區(qū)(南方與北方)、城鎮(zhèn)與農(nóng)村的各個(gè)因素間均具有明顯的交互作用(P0.001)。結(jié)論 1980-2013年我國(guó)青少年首次遺精年齡明顯提前,年代、地區(qū)、城鄉(xiāng)差異以及之間的交互作用均會(huì)對(duì)首次遺精年齡產(chǎn)生影響。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the basic status, changes and characteristics of the age of first spermatogenesis in Chinese adolescents. Methods by means of meta-analysis (meta analysis), computer and manual literature retrieval, data screening, processing and quality evaluation were carried out according to the criteria of acceptance, and 192 data were obtained from 74 published academic literature reports from 1980 to 2013. Nearly 435000 people were involved. Results from 1980 to 2013, the age of first spermatogenesis was significantly earlier (y = 0.0424 x 99.129, R = 0.3268, P0.01). The mean age of first spermatogenesis was 14.40 years old, from 15.18 years old in 1980 to 13.78 years old in 2013, the age of first spermatogenesis was 14.40 years old, and the age of first spermatogenesis was 13.78 years old in 2013, from 15.18 in 1980 to 13.78 years in 2013. The urban area in the same area was significantly earlier than that in the rural area (P0.001), but the range of advance (1.39 years old) in the rural area was higher than that in the urban area (0.91 years old), and the difference between the urban and rural areas was decreasing. There are obvious interactions between urban and rural factors in the three decades (1980-1995, 1996-2005 and 2006-2013) and regions (South and North) (P0.001). Conclusion from 1980 to 2013, the age of first spermatogenesis of adolescents in China was significantly earlier. The age, regional, urban and rural differences and the interaction between urban and rural areas would have an impact on the age of first spermatogenesis.
