【摘要】：目的探討孕婦嬰兒喂養(yǎng)意向及其影響因素。方法對在深圳市南山區(qū)婦幼保健院接受產(chǎn)前檢查的1 682名孕婦進(jìn)行嬰兒喂養(yǎng)意向、嬰兒喂養(yǎng)態(tài)度和孕婦社會人口學(xué)特征調(diào)查。結(jié)果 1 682名孕婦中,持純母乳喂養(yǎng)意向者1 389人(82.6%),混合喂養(yǎng)意向者105人(6.2%),人工喂養(yǎng)意向者188人(11.2%);多分類logistic回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,與純母乳喂養(yǎng)意向有顯著關(guān)聯(lián)的因素有嬰兒喂養(yǎng)態(tài)度得分(OR=1.62,90%CI=1.48~1.92)、孕婦年齡(OR=0.67,90%CI=0.56~0.92)、家庭月收入(≥10 000元/月與≤6 000元/月比較)(OR=0.59,90%CI=0.37~0.87)和婚姻狀況(已婚與未婚)(OR=2.14,90%CI=1.62~3.38)。結(jié)論深圳地區(qū)孕婦純母乳喂養(yǎng)意向情況較好,這與孕婦年齡、嬰兒喂養(yǎng)態(tài)度、家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)情況和婚姻狀況等多個(gè)因素有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the feeding intention of pregnant infants and its influencing factors. Methods 1 682 pregnant women who received prenatal examination in Shenzhen Nanshan District Maternal and Child Health Hospital were investigated for infant feeding intention, infant feeding attitude and social demographic characteristics of pregnant women. Results among the 1 682 pregnant women, 1 389 (82.6%) had exclusive breastfeeding intention, 105 (6.2%) had mixed feeding intention and 188 (11.2%) had artificial feeding intention.
