【摘要】：目的通過(guò)對(duì)建設(shè)年產(chǎn)100萬(wàn)噸水泥粉磨站工程項(xiàng)目的評(píng)價(jià),系統(tǒng)綜合的分析各種職業(yè)危害因素。方法依據(jù)國(guó)家職業(yè)衛(wèi)生規(guī)范和標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對(duì)本市新建建設(shè)年產(chǎn)100萬(wàn)噸水泥粉磨站工程項(xiàng)目生產(chǎn)工藝進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)查及檢測(cè)對(duì)職業(yè)病危害因素進(jìn)行全面識(shí)別。結(jié)果建設(shè)年產(chǎn)100萬(wàn)噸水泥粉磨站工程項(xiàng)目主要的職業(yè)病危害因素為石灰石粉塵、矽塵、水泥粉塵、石膏粉塵、砂輪磨塵、電焊煙塵、其他粉塵、一氧化碳、二氧化氮、二氧化錳、臭氧、噪聲、工頻電場(chǎng)、紫外輻射。該項(xiàng)目除4個(gè)粉塵作業(yè)點(diǎn)超限倍數(shù)和3個(gè)作業(yè)崗位接觸的噪聲強(qiáng)度超過(guò)國(guó)家職業(yè)衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的有關(guān)要求外,其他作業(yè)點(diǎn)和崗位接觸的職業(yè)病危害因素在相應(yīng)項(xiàng)目規(guī)定的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)范圍內(nèi)。結(jié)論該建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行全面細(xì)致的工程分析,以全面識(shí)別和分析建設(shè)年產(chǎn)100萬(wàn)噸水泥粉磨站工程項(xiàng)目的職業(yè)病危害因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the construction project of cement grinding station with annual production of 1 million tons, and analyze the occupational hazard factors systematically and synthetically. Methods according to the national occupational health regulations and standards, the field investigation was carried out on the production process of the new cement grinding station project of 1 million tons per year in this city, and the occupational disease hazard factors were comprehensively identified. Results the main occupational hazard factors in the construction of 1 million tons cement grinding station project were limestone dust, silica dust, cement dust, gypsum dust, grinding wheel dust, welding smoke, other dust, carbon monoxide, nitrogen dioxide, etc. Manganese dioxide, ozone, noise, power frequency electric field, ultraviolet radiation. In addition to the four dust operating points exceeding the limit multiple and the noise intensity being exposed to 3 jobs in excess of the relevant requirements of the national occupational health standards, The occupational hazard factors of other work sites and post-exposure are within the standard range stipulated by the corresponding project. Conclusion in order to identify and analyze the occupational hazard factors of the construction project of 1 million tons cement grinding station per year, the construction project is analyzed in detail.
