【摘要】：目的了解遼寧大連沿海地區(qū)貝類產(chǎn)品中副溶血性弧菌的污染狀況及3種毒力基因的攜帶情況。方法采集大連周邊海域養(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)及農(nóng)貿(mào)市場(chǎng)132份貝類樣品,用實(shí)時(shí)熒光PCR檢測(cè)方法進(jìn)行副溶血性弧菌標(biāo)靶基因tl基因檢測(cè),同時(shí)檢測(cè)tdh、trh和orf8毒力基因并進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果在132份貝類樣品中,檢測(cè)出攜帶有副溶血性弧菌標(biāo)靶基因43份,檢出率為32.6%(43/132),其中攜帶有tdh基因陽(yáng)性2份4.7%(2/43),trh基因陽(yáng)性2份4.7%(2/43),orf8基因陽(yáng)性1份2.3%(1/43),同時(shí)攜帶有tdh、orf8基因陽(yáng)性1份2.3%(1/43),同時(shí)攜帶tdh、trh基因陽(yáng)性16份37.2%(16/43);牡蠣中副溶血性弧菌標(biāo)靶基因tl檢出率為28.8%(23/80),毒力基因同時(shí)攜帶10株。結(jié)論大連貝類海產(chǎn)品中攜帶副溶血性弧菌情況比較嚴(yán)重。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the contamination of Vibrio parahaemolyticus and the carrying of three virulence genes in shellfish products in Dalian, Liaoning Province. Methods 132 shellfish samples were collected from aquaculture farm and farmers' market around Dalian. The target gene tl gene of Vibrio parahaemolyticus was detected by real-time fluorescence PCR. The virulence genes of tdh,trh and orf8 were detected and analyzed. Results out of 132 shellfish samples, 43 were detected to carry target genes of Vibrio parahaemolyticus, the detection rate was 32.6% (43 / 132), of which 2 (4.7%) were positive for tdh gene (2 / 43). 2 trh gene positive (2 / 43), 1 orf8 gene positive (1 / 43), 2. 3% (1 / 43) tdh,orf8 gene positive, and 2. 3% (1 / 43) tdh, positive at the same time. Trh gene positive rate was 37.2% (16 / 43); The detection rate of target gene tl of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in oyster was 28.8% (23 / 80). Conclusion the situation of vibrio parahaemolyticus in shellfish of Dalian is serious.
