學齡雙生子兒童身體圍度與寬度指標的遺傳學分析

【摘要】:為探討遺傳和環(huán)境因素對學齡雙生子兒童身體圍度及寬度等體格指標的影響,對351對6~12歲雙生子兒童身高、胸圍、腰圍、臀圍、肩寬、骨盆寬指標進行測量,計算各指標的相關(guān)指數(shù)。應用Mx軟件擬合最佳結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型計算各指標遺傳度,分析年齡與性別的作用。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),各指標擬合的最佳模型均為ACES,各測量指標的年齡方差較大(0.21~0.76),衍生指數(shù)中除腰臀比(女0.15,男0.05)外幾乎均不存在年齡方差;各指標的共同環(huán)境方差變異較大(0.00~0.53);衍生指數(shù)的特殊環(huán)境因素方差(0.09~0.25)總體上高于測量指標(0.01~0.09)。校正年齡后,各指標遺傳度為身高(女63%,男59%)、胸圍(女84%,男88%)、身高胸圍指數(shù)(女87%,男55%)、腰圍(女46%,男64%)、臀圍(女61%,男61%)、腰臀比(女44%,男44%)、肩寬(女78%,男78%)、骨盆寬(女62%,男62%)、身高肩寬指數(shù)(女40%,男40%)、身高骨盆寬指數(shù)(女35%,男48%)、肩寬骨盆寬指數(shù)(女24%,男24%)。結(jié)果表明學齡雙生子兒童身高、胸圍、身高胸圍指數(shù)、臀圍、肩寬、骨盆寬主要受遺傳因素影響;腰臀比、身高肩寬指數(shù)、身高骨盆寬指數(shù)及肩寬骨盆寬指數(shù)受環(huán)境因素影響更大;遺傳與環(huán)境因素對身高胸圍指數(shù)、腰圍指標的影響可能存在一定性別差異;年齡對學齡雙生子兒童身體圍度及寬度相關(guān)指數(shù)的影響較小。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the effect of genetic and environmental factors on the body circumference and width of school-age twin children, the height, chest circumference, waist circumference, hip circumference, shoulder width and pelvic width of 351 children aged 12 years old were measured. Calculate the relative index of each index. The heritability of each index was calculated by fitting the best structural equation model with Mx software, and the effect of age and sex was analyzed. The results showed that the best fitting model of each index was that the age variance of ACES, was larger (0.21% 0.76), and that there was almost no age variance in the derived index except waist hip ratio (female 0.15, male 0. 05). The variation of common environmental variance of each index was greater (0.000.53), and the variance of special environmental factor of derivative index (0.090.25) was higher than that of measurement index (0.01n.09). After adjusting for age, the heritability of the indexes were height (female 63, male 59%), chest circumference (female 84, male 88%), height chest circumference index (female 87, male 55%), waist circumference (female 46, male 64%), hip circumference (female 61 1, male 61 1%). Waist to hip ratio, height shoulder width index, height pelvis width index and shoulder width pelvis width index are more affected by environmental factors, genetic and environmental factors may have some gender differences in height chest circumference index and waist circumference index. Age had little effect on body circumference and width related index of school age twin children.
