2016年濟南市膳食蔬菜中不同形態(tài)砷調(diào)查及暴露量評估

【摘要】:目的了解濟南市膳食蔬菜中不同形態(tài)砷的污染狀況及評價其對居民的健康風(fēng)險。方法利用液相色譜-原子熒光光譜法(LC-AFS)測定冬季常見蔬菜中的不同形態(tài)砷,并對居民通過蔬菜途徑所致總砷和無機砷的暴露量進(jìn)行評估。結(jié)果共檢測蔬菜樣品120份,總砷檢出率為42.50%,平均含量為0.0079 mg/kg,其中藕的檢出率和含量最高,分別為95.00%和0.029 mg/kg。本方法能夠準(zhǔn)確測定蔬菜中As(Ⅲ)、As(Ⅴ)、MMA和DMA 4種組分含量,在2份藕樣品中檢出As(Ⅲ),檢出率為1.67%。居民經(jīng)食用蔬菜所致總砷和無機砷暴露量分別為2.84×10~(-5)mg/(kg·d)和2.04×10~(-5)mg/(kg·d),占每日可耐受攝入量(TDI)比例分別為1.33%和0.95%;其中藕的總砷和無機砷暴露量最高,分別為10.54×10~(-5)mg/(kg·d)和3.96×10~(-5)mg/(kg·d),占TDI的比例為4.92%和1.85%。結(jié)論濟南市蔬菜不存在明顯的砷污染情況,居民通過食用蔬菜途徑所致總砷和無機砷的暴露量在安全范圍內(nèi)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the contamination of arsenic in dietary vegetables in Jinan and to evaluate its health risk. Methods different forms of arsenic in winter vegetables were determined by liquid chromatography-atomic fluorescence spectrometry (LC-AFS), and the exposure of residents to total arsenic and inorganic arsenic through vegetable pathway was evaluated. Results A total of 120 samples of vegetables were detected, the total arsenic detection rate was 42.50, the average content of lotus root was 0.0079 mg/kg, the detection rate and content of lotus root were 95.00% and 0.029 mg/kg., respectively.
