膳食混合膠粒在膽固醇等脂類轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)吸收中的作用的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:因攝食過多脂類而導(dǎo)致的心血管類疾病已嚴(yán)重威脅到現(xiàn)代人身體健康,而食物中的膽固醇等脂類在機(jī)體內(nèi)是通過"膳食混合膠粒"(Dietary Mixed Micelles,DMM)來有效地轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)供人體吸收和利用的。本文主要總結(jié)了膳食混合膠粒結(jié)構(gòu)特征及其在人體胃腸道中對脂類消化、吸收過程中的作用特點(diǎn)及轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)機(jī)制,并就目前在檢測膳食混合膠粒轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)抑制體外實(shí)驗(yàn)?zāi)P椭兴褂玫膶?shí)驗(yàn)基質(zhì)使用情況進(jìn)行了綜述。
[Abstract]:Cardiovascular diseases caused by excessive intake of lipids have seriously threatened the health of modern people, and cholesterol and other lipids in food are found in the body through "Dietary mixed Gel" (Dietary Mixed Micelles,. DMM) to transport effectively for absorption and utilization by the human body. In this paper, the structure characteristics of dietary mixed colloid and its function and transport mechanism in the digestion and absorption of lipids in human gastrointestinal tract were summarized. The current use of the experimental matrix for the detection of dietary mixed colloid transport inhibition in vitro was reviewed.
