中國不同特征老年人失能軌跡差異分析

【摘要】：目的了解中國不同特征老年人的失能軌跡的差異,為改善老年人的日常生活自理能力提供參考依據(jù)。方法收集2005、2008和2011年中國老年健康影響因素跟蹤調(diào)查項(xiàng)目的追蹤數(shù)據(jù),應(yīng)用組基軌跡模型擬合出全國23個(gè)省(自治區(qū)、直轄市)65~105歲老年人的失能軌跡,分析不同特征老年人失能軌跡的差異。結(jié)果7 979名65~105歲中國老年人中,身體健全型老年人2 791人(34.98%),低起點(diǎn)高齡期迅速發(fā)展型老年人4 331人(54.28%),較高起點(diǎn)迅速發(fā)展型老年人857人(10.74%);存活、死亡、失訪老年人失能軌跡比較,2011年不同狀態(tài)老年人失能軌跡不同,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=186.38,P0.001);不同特征老年人失能軌跡比較,不同性別、出生隊(duì)列、職業(yè)地位、居住地的老年人失能軌跡不同,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.001)。結(jié)論中國老年人失能軌跡以低起點(diǎn)高齡期迅速發(fā)展型為主,不同性別、出生隊(duì)列、職業(yè)地位、居住地的老年人失能軌跡存在明顯差異。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the difference of disability track among the elderly with different characteristics in China, and to provide a reference for improving their ability to take care of their daily life. Methods the tracking data of the influential factors of elderly health in China in 2005 and 2011 were collected, and the disability track of 65 ~ 105 years old people in 23 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government) was fitted by using the group based trajectory model. The difference of disability locus in the elderly with different characteristics was analyzed. Results among the 7 979 Chinese aged 65 ~ 105 years, 2791 (34.98%) of them were healthy, 4 331 (54.28%) of them were of low age and high age, and 857 (10.74%) of them had a higher starting point. The disability locus of the aged in survival, death and loss interview was different in 2011 (蠂 ~ 2 / 186.38 / P ~ 0.001), and the disability track was different in different states in 2011 (蠂 ~ 2 / 186.38 / P0.001). The disability loci of the elderly with different characteristics were significantly different (all P 0.001). The disability loci of the elderly with different gender birth cohort occupation status and place of residence were different (all P0.001). Conclusion the disability locus of the elderly in China is mainly characterized by rapid development at low starting point and high age. There are significant differences among different genders, birth cohorts, occupational status and residence.
