【摘要】：基于兒童青少年身體活動水平持續(xù)下降的全球性健康問題,將身體活動置于流行病學的研究視域之下,分別探討了身體活動不足的"病因"推斷、監(jiān)測手段、健康效益和預防措施,梳理了一條基于流行病學研究視角的完整路徑。在此基礎上,歸納總結(jié)了身體活動流行病學研究的國際發(fā)展趨勢:1)體育學與流行病學的學科交叉,作為一條解決身體活動不足的有效路徑,已逐漸被國際學者認可和推崇;2)身體活動行為的研究始終需要放置于人居環(huán)境和社會經(jīng)濟生活的大背景下進行整體性的考量;3)借鑒流行病學主觀與客觀相結(jié)合的測量方式,是今后身體活動水平監(jiān)測的發(fā)展趨勢;4)兒童青少年身體活動行為的改善必須依靠學校、家庭、社區(qū)等一體化的綜合性干預策略。研究認為,以公共健康為導向的身體活動流行病學研究,有助于人們更加深入地探索身體活動行為的影響因素,以及與其他健康行為的潛在關系,凸顯大規(guī)模流行性調(diào)查的健康效益。基于流行病學視角的身體活動研究,對于提升人們的整體健康水平,促進積極生活方式的養(yǎng)成是一種有益的嘗試。
[Abstract]:Based on the global health problems of children and adolescents whose level of physical activity continues to decline, this paper puts physical activity under the perspective of epidemiology, and discusses the "etiological" inference and monitoring methods of insufficient physical activity, respectively. Health benefits and preventive measures, combing a complete path based on the perspective of epidemiological research. On this basis, the international development trend of the epidemiology of physical activity is summarized: 1) the subject intersection of physical education and epidemiology, as an effective way to solve the deficiency of physical activity, has gradually been recognized and respected by international scholars; 2) the study of physical activity should always be placed in the background of human settlement environment and social and economic life for holistic consideration; 3) it is the development trend of physical activity level monitoring in the future to draw lessons from the combination of subjective and objective methods of epidemiology. 4) the improvement of physical activities of children and adolescents must depend on the integrated intervention strategies of school, family and community. The study suggests that public health-oriented epidemiological studies of physical activity can help people to explore more deeply the factors that affect physical activity and its potential relationship with other healthy behaviors. Highlight the health benefits of large-scale epidemic surveys. The study of physical activity based on epidemiology is a beneficial attempt to improve the overall health of people and promote the development of positive lifestyle.
