燒結(jié)行業(yè)衛(wèi)生防護(hù)距離標(biāo)準(zhǔn)研究

【摘要】:目的 對(duì)比分析燒結(jié)行業(yè)衛(wèi)生防護(hù)距離與大氣環(huán)境防護(hù)距離的差異,,為制定合理衛(wèi)生防護(hù)距離標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提供依據(jù)。 方法 通過現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)研,對(duì)燒結(jié)企業(yè)的特征污染物進(jìn)行無組織排放源源強(qiáng)的監(jiān)測(cè),分別采用“地面濃度反推法”和“點(diǎn)源大氣擴(kuò)散模型”計(jì)算衛(wèi)生防護(hù)距離和大氣環(huán)境防護(hù)距離。 結(jié)果 懸浮顆粒物是燒結(jié)行業(yè)無組織排放源的主要特征污染物;在當(dāng)?shù)亟?年平均風(fēng)速分別為<2m/s、2~4m/s及>4m/s時(shí),燒結(jié)企業(yè)衛(wèi)生防護(hù)距離推薦值分別為1000m、900m、800m;在環(huán)境空氣質(zhì)量功能一類區(qū)和二類區(qū)的大氣環(huán)境防護(hù)距離推薦值分別為800m與400m。 結(jié)論 通過對(duì)1989年標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的修訂和完善,推薦的燒結(jié)行業(yè)衛(wèi)生防護(hù)距離對(duì)敏感區(qū)居民健康的保護(hù)是合理可行的。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare and analyze the difference between sanitary protection distance and atmospheric environmental protection distance in sintering industry, and to provide basis for establishing reasonable hygienic protection distance standard. Methods based on field investigation, the characteristics of pollutants in sintering enterprises were monitored. The surface concentration backstepping method and the point source atmospheric diffusion model were used to calculate the health protection distance and the atmospheric environmental protection distance respectively. Results suspended particulate matter was the main characteristic pollutant of non-organized emission source in sintering industry. When the local average wind speed in the last 5 years was < 2 m / s and > 4m/s, the recommended distance of health protection for sintering enterprises was 1 000 m / m ~ 900m ~ (-1) m ~ (-1) respectively. The recommended distance of atmospheric environmental protection in the first and second part of the ambient air quality function is 800m and 400m, respectively. Conclusion by revising and perfecting the 1989 standard, the recommended distance of health protection in sintering industry is reasonable and feasible to protect the health of residents in sensitive areas.
