【摘要】：目的分析寧�？h育齡婦女死亡率和主要死因,為預(yù)防育齡婦女死亡提供依據(jù)。方法對(duì)2006—2015年寧�？h育齡婦女死亡數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果 2006—2015年寧�？h育齡婦女年均粗死亡率為42.21/10萬。平均死亡年齡(40.44±7.64)歲,主要集中在40~49歲年齡段,占64.17%;死亡率隨年齡增加呈上升趨勢(shì)(P0.01)。死亡原因首位是惡性腫瘤,占55.83%,其次是肝癌、乳腺癌、胃癌、肺癌、宮頸癌和腦瘤。2011—2015年與2006—2010年比較,平均壽命增加,損傷和中毒死亡率下降,惡性腫瘤死亡率上升,肺癌上升明顯(均P0.05)。結(jié)論惡性腫瘤是寧�？h育齡婦女的主要死因,肺癌死亡率上升,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)健康教育、定期健康體檢,做到早發(fā)現(xiàn)、早治療。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the mortality rate and main causes of death of women of childbearing age in Ninghai County, and to provide evidence for prevention of death of women of childbearing age. Methods the death data of women of childbearing age in Ninghai County from 2006 to 2015 were analyzed by descriptive statistics. Results the average annual crude death rate of women of childbearing age in Ninghai County from 2006 to 2015 was 42.21 / 100 thousand. The average age of death was (40.44 鹵7.64) years old, mainly in the age group of 400-49 years (64.17%), and the mortality rate increased with the increase of age (P0.01). The leading causes of death were malignant tumors, accounting for 55.83%, followed by liver cancer, breast cancer, stomach cancer, lung cancer, cervical cancer and brain tumours. The mortality of malignant tumor and lung cancer increased significantly (P0.05). Conclusion malignant tumor is the main cause of death for women of childbearing age in Ninghai County. The mortality rate of lung cancer is increasing. Health education, regular physical examination, early detection and early treatment should be strengthened.
