【摘要】：生殖發(fā)育毒性研究是藥物安全性評(píng)價(jià)的重要組成部分,形態(tài)學(xué)觀察是生殖發(fā)育毒性研究中關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),在形態(tài)學(xué)檢查中往往缺少標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的程序,導(dǎo)致檢查結(jié)果一致性差,對(duì)最終評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果產(chǎn)生影響。因此形態(tài)學(xué)觀察的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化是發(fā)展和完善生殖發(fā)育毒性評(píng)價(jià)的最佳途徑,本文通過綜述生殖發(fā)育毒性診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、術(shù)語(yǔ)、結(jié)果和討論方面存在的問題及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的途徑,深入探討如何在生殖發(fā)育毒性安全性評(píng)價(jià)中形成統(tǒng)一的、完全接受和認(rèn)可的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化檢查和評(píng)價(jià)程序。
[Abstract]:The study of reproductive developmental toxicity is an important part of drug safety evaluation. Morphological observation is the key link in the study of reproductive development toxicity. There is often a lack of standardized procedures in morphological examination, which results in poor consistency of results. Impact on final evaluation results. Therefore, the standardization of morphological observation is the best way to develop and perfect the evaluation of reproductive developmental toxicity. To discuss how to form a unified, fully accepted and approved standardized inspection and evaluation procedure in the safety evaluation of reproductive toxicity.
