【摘要】：目的調(diào)查《年齡與發(fā)育進(jìn)程問卷》中文版(ASQ-C)實(shí)用性。方法 2012年9月至2013年7月對(duì)上海市某11個(gè)社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中心的兒童保健門診,以3~8個(gè)月1925名嬰兒及其家長為研究對(duì)象。嬰兒的家長填寫適于嬰兒月齡的4個(gè)月、6個(gè)月、8個(gè)月、10個(gè)月ASQ-C進(jìn)行發(fā)育篩查至少1次,于嬰兒11~12個(gè)月時(shí)填寫12個(gè)月ASQ-C并同時(shí)完成6個(gè)題目的ASQ-C實(shí)用性研究問卷。結(jié)果合格樣本共1611名(83.69%)。對(duì)"完成這個(gè)問卷中的問題您花了多少時(shí)間?",55.37%的家長報(bào)告在10 min以內(nèi),96.59%報(bào)告在20 min以內(nèi)。89.82%的家長認(rèn)為問卷問題容易理解,93.17%認(rèn)為問題適合兒童年齡。97.71%的家長對(duì)問卷的問題有興趣,69.34%認(rèn)為完成問題告訴其如何與兒童做游戲、通過游戲開發(fā)兒童各種能力非常好,29.98%認(rèn)為一般;絕大多數(shù)家長表示非常愿意(69.21%)或愿意(29.55%)兒童繼續(xù)參加此活動(dòng)。結(jié)論 ASQ-C的實(shí)用性好。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the practicability of the Chinese version of the questionnaire on Age and Developmental process (ASQ-C). Methods from September 2012 to July 2013, 1925 infants and their parents in 11 community health service centers in Shanghai were studied. Parents filled in developmental screening at least once for 4 months, 6 months, 8 months and 10 months of age for their babies. At the age of 11 ~ 12 months, the infants completed the 12 month ASQ-C and completed the ASQ-C practicability study questionnaire on 6 subjects at the same time. Results A total of 1611 (83.69%) qualified samples were obtained. For "how long did it take you to complete the questions in this questionnaire?" 55.37% of the parents reported within 10 min, 96.59% reported within 20 min. 89.82% of the parents thought the questions were easy to understand. 93.17% think that the question is suitable for the child's age. 97.71% of parents are interested in the question, 69.34% think that the completion of the question tells them how to play with the child, and it is very good to develop the children's various abilities through the game. 29.98% thought general; The vast majority of parents said they were very willing (69.21%) or willing (29.55%) to continue to participate in the activity. Conclusion ASQ-C has good practicability.
