【摘要】：目的探討RTIs育齡女性疾病相關知識、健康信念及健康行為的關系。方法 2015年7~8月采用方便抽樣的方法對十堰市701名RTIs育齡女性進行問卷調查,調查表包括育齡女性生殖道健康相關知識、健康信念、健康行為調查表,采用xs恕纒、Pearson相關分析和多重線性回歸分析對資料進行統(tǒng)計分析。結果十堰市RTIs育齡女性疾病相關知識、健康信念及健康行為的總體均分別為13.89±2.853、40.82±5.284 1和53.86±5.917。相關分析發(fā)現,RTIs相關知識總分與健康行為總分之間呈正相關(P0.001),RTIs相關健康信念總分與知識總分、健康行為總分之間不存在相關性(P0.05);RTIs感染途徑知識與健康行為總分之間呈正相關(P0.001),RTIs易感性感知與知識總分、健康行為總分之間呈正相關(P0.001),采取生殖道健康行為障礙感知與健康行為總分呈負相關(P0.001)。多重線性回歸分析表明,在調節(jié)了人口社會學變量后,RTIs感染途徑知識是RTIs相關健康行為的正向預測因素,采取生殖道健康行為障礙感知是RTIs相關健康行為的負向預測因素。結論 RTIs育齡女性疾病感染途徑知識應內化為健康信念,樹立正確的健康信念是其采取健康行為的關鍵。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship among disease related knowledge, health belief and healthy behavior of RTIs women. Methods from July to August 2015, 701 RTIs women of childbearing age in Shiyan city were investigated by a convenient sampling method. The questionnaires included reproductive health related knowledge, health beliefs and healthy behaviors of women of reproductive age. Pearson correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used to analyze the data. Results the total knowledge of disease, health belief and health behavior of RTIs women in Shiyan city were 13.89 鹵2.853 鹵40.82 鹵5.284 1 and 53.86 鹵5.917 respectively. Correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between the total score of RTIs related knowledge and the total score of health behavior (P0.001), RTIs correlation total score of health belief and the total score of knowledge, there was no correlation between the total score of health behavior (P0.05); There was a positive correlation between the knowledge of RTIs infection pathway and the total score of healthy behavior (P0.001), RTIs susceptibility perception and knowledge total score, P0.001). There was a negative correlation between the perception of reproductive tract health behavior disorder and the total score of healthy behavior (P0.001). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the knowledge of RTIs infection pathway was the positive predictor of RTIs related health behavior after adjusting the demographic and sociological variables, and the perception of reproductive tract health behavior disorder was the negative predictor of RTIs related health behavior. Conclusion the knowledge of disease infection pathway in RTIs women should be internalized into health belief, and the key to adopt healthy behavior is to establish correct health belief.
