【摘要】：目的了解安徽省成人居民吸煙和戒煙行為狀況,為制定煙草控制措施提供依據(jù)。方法利用2013-2014年安徽省成人慢性病及其危險(xiǎn)因素監(jiān)測(cè)項(xiàng)目調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),使用事后分層權(quán)重調(diào)整和復(fù)雜抽樣設(shè)計(jì)方法進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果有效樣本量為7 182人,現(xiàn)在吸煙率為26.2%(95%CI:23.9%~28.4%),男性高于女性,分別為51.2%(95%CI:45.5%~56.8%)和1.4%(95%CI:0.5%~2.4%);男性現(xiàn)在吸煙率隨文化程度提高出現(xiàn)降低趨勢(shì)(P0.001)�，F(xiàn)在每日吸煙率為23.7%(95%CI:21.4%~26.0%),男性(46.5%,95%CI:41.7%~51.3%)高于女性(1.2%,95%CI:0.5%~1.9%)。現(xiàn)在吸煙者日均吸煙量為17.1(95%CI:16.5~17.6)支,男女分別為17.2(95%CI:16.7~17.8)支和10.5(95%CI:9.4~11.7)支,且男性日均吸煙量隨著年齡升高而增加(P=0.048),隨文化程度升高而減少的趨勢(shì)(P=0.003)。二手煙暴露率為57.6%(95%CI:51.2%~64.0%)。男性現(xiàn)在吸煙者中僅有37.6%(95%CI:25.0%~50.2%)打算戒煙,男性戒煙率為13.8%(95%CI:7.5%~20.1%),成功戒煙率為9.1%(95%CI:5.1%~13.0%)。結(jié)論安徽省成人居民吸煙行為普遍存在,二手煙暴露率較高,成年男性煙草使用率高,戒煙和成功戒煙率水平低。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate smoking and smoking cessation behavior of adult residents in Anhui Province and to provide evidence for tobacco control measures. Methods the survey data of adult chronic diseases and their risk factors in Anhui Province from 2013 to 2014 were used to analyze the data. The methods of stratified weight adjustment and complex sampling design were used for statistical analysis. Results the effective sample size was 7 182, and the smoking rate was 26.2% (95 CI: 23. 9%). The male was higher than the female. 51.2% (95% CI: 45.5%) and 1.4% (95% CI: 0.5%); The prevalence of smoking in men is decreasing with the increase of education level (P0.001). At present, the smoking rate is 23.7% (95% CI: 21.44%), and the male (46.555%) is higher than the female (1.22%). The average daily smoking of smokers is 17. 1 (95%CI:16.5~17.6), 17. 2 (95%CI:16.7~17.8) and 10. 5 (95%CI:9.4~11.7) for men and women, respectively. The daily smoking increased with age (P0. 048) and decreased with the increase of education level (P0. 003). The exposure rate of secondhand smoke was 57.6% (95 CI: 51.2%). Only 37.6% of the male smokers (95% CI: 25.0%) intend to quit smoking, and the male smoking cessation rate is 13.8% (95% CI: 7.5%). The success rate of quitting smoking was 9.1% (95% CI: 5.1%, 13.0%). Conclusion the smoking behavior of adult residents in Anhui Province is widespread, the rate of secondhand smoke exposure is high, the rate of tobacco use is high, and the level of smoking cessation and successful smoking cessation is low.
