【摘要】：[目的]探討中文版職業(yè)重復(fù)性活動(dòng)(OCRA)檢查表應(yīng)用于造船行業(yè)的信度和效度。[方法]應(yīng)用OCRA檢查表,評(píng)估北方某造船廠241名工人因重復(fù)性作業(yè)導(dǎo)致肌肉骨骼疾患的患病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。通過(guò)分析重測(cè)信度、評(píng)分者信度和Cronbach’α系數(shù)來(lái)評(píng)價(jià)檢查表的信度,通過(guò)分析區(qū)分效度來(lái)評(píng)價(jià)效度。[結(jié)果]該檢查表的重測(cè)信度為0.60,各維度的重測(cè)信度值在0.35~0.86之間。評(píng)分者信度為0.44,各維度值在0.41~0.76之間。檢查表Cronbach’α系數(shù)為0.63�；謴�(fù)時(shí)間、頻率、用力、姿勢(shì)和其他因素維度與總表的相關(guān)系數(shù)分別為0.19、0.44、0.75、0.87、0.84。[結(jié)論]應(yīng)用中文版OCRA檢查表測(cè)量造船工人肌肉骨骼風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的信效度未達(dá)到理想要求,仍需要進(jìn)一步調(diào)整。
[Abstract]:[objective] to explore the reliability and validity of Chinese version of occupational repetitive activity (OCRA) checklist in shipbuilding industry. Methods: the risk of musculoskeletal diseases caused by repetitive work in 241 workers of a shipyard in North China was evaluated by using OCRA checklist. The reliability of the check table was evaluated by analyzing the reliability of retest, the reliability of the grader and the coefficient of Cronbach' 偽, and the validity was evaluated by the analysis of the distinguishing validity. [results] the retest reliability of the checklist was 0.60 and the retest reliability of each dimension was between 0.35 and 0.86. The reliability of the score was 0.44, and the values of each dimension were between 0.41 and 0.76. The Cronbach' 偽 coefficient of the check table is 0.63. The correlation coefficients of recovery time, frequency, strength, posture and other factors with the total table were 0.19, 0.44V, 0.75V, 0.87V, 0.844.The correlation coefficients between the dimensions of recovery time, frequency, strength, posture and other factors were 0.19 ~ 0.44 ~ 0.74%. [conclusion] the reliability and validity of using Chinese version OCRA to measure musculoskeletal risk of shipbuilding workers is not up to the ideal requirement, which needs further adjustment.
