【摘要】：目的調(diào)查不同醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合機構(gòu)老年人總體幸福感,分析其影響因素,為科學解決我國老齡化問題提供依據(jù)。方法 2016年2—5月,采用典型抽樣與分層整群抽樣相結(jié)合的方法,分別選取河南省老干部康復醫(yī)院、鄭州市中心醫(yī)院(醫(yī)院組),河南省老年公寓(養(yǎng)老院組)以及鄭州市第九人民醫(yī)院及其合作的養(yǎng)老機構(gòu)(醫(yī)院+養(yǎng)老院組)中所有接受醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合服務的年齡≥60歲老年人為調(diào)查對象。調(diào)查個人基本情況、生活自理能力(ADL)、總體幸福感。結(jié)果不同性別、年齡、文化程度、有無配偶、有無慢性病老年人總體幸福感得分比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);不同人均月收入、醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合機構(gòu)、ADL評分老年人總體幸福感得分比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。醫(yī)院組老年人總體幸福感及對生活的滿足維度得分均高于其他兩組(P0.05)。3類醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合機構(gòu)老年人總體幸福感得分與人均月收入、ADL評分呈正相關(guān)(P0.05);醫(yī)院組老年人總體幸福感得分與有無配偶呈正相關(guān)(P0.05),即有配偶者總體幸福感較強;醫(yī)院+養(yǎng)老院組老年人總體幸福感得分與有無慢性病呈負相關(guān)(P0.05),即無慢性病者總體幸福感較強。多元線性回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合機構(gòu)類型、有無配偶、人均月收入、ADL評分與老年人總體幸福感得分有回歸關(guān)系(P0.05)。結(jié)論國家和社會應努力提高老年人衛(wèi)生保健水平,減輕其身體病痛,提高其ADL,提高收入水平,解除其看病住院的經(jīng)濟之憂,從而提高其總體幸福感及其生存質(zhì)量。
