【摘要】：目的:分析研討新生兒培養(yǎng)箱水槽消毒時間及對消毒效果的影響。方法:將持續(xù)使用的新生兒培養(yǎng)箱水槽用含氯制劑500mg/L浸泡半小時,消毒間隔階段只每日將水槽中無菌注射用水進行更換,消毒間隔時間為0天,間隔1天、間隔4天左右,對比消毒頻率不同狀況下,水槽的消毒效果。結(jié)果:消毒前,非感染組和感染組水槽中細菌培養(yǎng)對比,組間數(shù)據(jù)無明顯差異(χ~2=0.0764,P=0.7832)。從消毒間隔0天和1天上來看,其無菌率對比,組間數(shù)據(jù)無統(tǒng)計學意義(χ~2=0.0365,P=0.8448)。從消毒間隔0-1天和4天左右上來看,其無菌率對比,組間數(shù)據(jù)有統(tǒng)計學意義(χ~2=2045.0000,P=0.0000)。結(jié)論:新生兒培養(yǎng)箱水槽消毒可隔天給予含氯制劑500mg/L浸泡半小時,間隔階段中僅將水槽中無菌注射用水更換則可,此消毒方式屬于無污染、經(jīng)濟、有效的消毒方式。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the disinfection time of neonatal incubator tank and its influence on disinfection effect. Methods: the continuously used incubator sink was soaked with chlorinated preparation 500mg/L for half an hour, and the sterile injection water was replaced daily in the disinfection interval stage. The interval was 0 days, 1 day interval and 4 days interval. The disinfection effect of the flume was compared under different disinfection frequency. Results: before disinfection, there was no significant difference between the two groups (蠂 ~ 2 0.0764) in comparison of bacterial culture in the flume between the non-infection group and the infected group (蠂 ~ 2 0.0764 P ~ + 0.7832). There was no significant difference in sterilizing rate between groups (蠂 ~ 2, 0.0365, P ~ (0.8448). From the disinfection interval of 0-1 day and about 4 days, there was statistical significance in the comparison of sterility rate between groups (蠂 ~ 2 ~ 2 045.00 ~ 0. 0000). Conclusion: the neonatal incubator can be treated with chlorine containing 500mg/L for half an hour every other day, and only aseptic injection water can be replaced in the interval. This disinfection method is non-polluting, economical and effective.
