洋蔥多肽及蛋白對T2DM小鼠降血糖及降血脂作用研究

【摘要】:目的:研究洋蔥多肽及蛋白的體內(nèi)降糖降脂活性。方法:將造模成功的小鼠進行糖耐量實驗和藥效實驗,利用各生化指標參數(shù)和動物組織切片,探究洋蔥多肽及蛋白的體內(nèi)降糖及降脂作用。結果:200 mg/kg bw洋蔥蛋白及洋蔥多肽的降糖效果達到鹽酸二甲雙胍降糖效果的70%及80%以上;洋蔥多肽組則在60、120 min時的血糖值及糖耐量AUC均顯著低于模型組,分別達到陽性對照組的87.34%、93.53%和92.44%;洋蔥蛋白組的AST和UREA高于正常值但低于模型組,洋蔥多肽組與陽性對照組各項指標均在閾值內(nèi)。結論:洋蔥蛋白和洋蔥多肽能有效降低2型糖尿病小鼠血糖和血脂,有效提高其口服耐糖量,并能對受損的小鼠肝、腎予以一定程度的恢復,且洋蔥多肽的作用優(yōu)于洋蔥蛋白。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the hypoglycemic and lipid-lowering activity of onion peptides and proteins in vivo. Methods: the glucose tolerance test and pharmacodynamics test were carried out in the successful mice, and the effects of onion peptides and proteins on reducing blood sugar and lipid were studied by using biochemical parameters and animal tissue sections. Results: the hypoglycemic effect of 200 mg/kg bw onion protein and onion polypeptide reached 70% and more than 80% of that of metformin hydrochloride. The glucose level and glucose tolerance AUC of onion polypeptide group at 60120 min were significantly lower than that of model group, reaching 93.53% and 92.44% of the positive control group, respectively. The AST and UREA of onion protein group were higher than the normal value but lower than that of the model group. The indexes of onion polypeptide group and positive control group were all within the threshold value. Conclusion: onion protein and onion polypeptide can effectively reduce blood glucose and blood lipids in type 2 diabetic mice, increase their oral glucose tolerance, and recover the damaged liver and kidney to a certain extent, and the effect of onion polypeptide is better than onion protein.
