武陵山區(qū)農村6~24月齡嬰幼兒喂養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀及對嬰幼兒營養(yǎng)狀況的影響

【摘要】:目的了解武陵山區(qū)農村6~24月齡嬰幼兒輔食添加及其對嬰幼兒營養(yǎng)狀況的影響,為制定合適的營養(yǎng)干預策略提供依據(jù)。方法采用概率比例規(guī)模抽樣(PPS)抽樣方法,共抽取2228名6~24月齡兒童,對其過去24小時膳食攝入情況及生長發(fā)育狀況進行調查。結果過去24小時兒童固體、半固體食物添加率最高為97.80%,配方奶粉添加率、母乳喂養(yǎng)率分別為55.43%、26.44%。過去24小時喂養(yǎng)母乳兒童貧血率明顯高于未喂養(yǎng)母乳兒童,添加配方奶粉、普通奶粉、固體、半固體食物兒童貧血率明顯低于未添加兒童,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義。結論該地區(qū)兒童輔食添加不合理是導致該地區(qū)兒童貧血發(fā)生的一個重要影響因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the supplementation of supplementary food for children aged 6 to 24 months in Wulingshan rural area and its effect on infant nutritional status so as to provide the basis for the formulation of appropriate nutrition intervention strategies. Methods A total of 2228 children aged 6 to 24 months were selected by probabilistic proportional scale sampling (PPS) to investigate their dietary intake and growth and development in the past 24 hours. Results in the past 24 hours, the highest supplementation rate of semisolid food was 97.80, the addition rate of formula powder and breast-feeding rate were 55.43 and 26.44, respectively. In the past 24 hours, the anemia rate of breast-fed children was significantly higher than that of unfed children. The anemia rate of children fed with formula powder, common milk powder, solid and semi-solid food was significantly lower than that of children without adding milk powder, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion unreasonable supplementation of supplementary food is an important influencing factor for anemia in children in this area.
