【摘要】：目的了解0~2歲兒童家長(zhǎng)育兒知識(shí)的知曉情況及其影響因素,為進(jìn)一步開(kāi)展兒童家長(zhǎng)健康教育及健康促進(jìn)提供依據(jù)和參考。方法采用方便抽樣方法在全國(guó)東中西部14省市選取了14家社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中心和13家鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)衛(wèi)生院。采用自行設(shè)計(jì)的《兒童家長(zhǎng)知識(shí)及行為調(diào)查問(wèn)卷》對(duì)2014年1~6月份接受兒童健康管理的4 639名0~2歲兒童家長(zhǎng)進(jìn)行育兒相關(guān)知識(shí)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果在調(diào)查的4 639名兒童家長(zhǎng)中,東部地區(qū)、城市、文化程度高、家庭月收入高及為兒童母親的0~2歲兒童家長(zhǎng)育兒知識(shí)知曉水平較高(均有P0.05)。多因素非條件Logistics回歸分析顯示居住在城市、兒童家長(zhǎng)的文化程度高和為孩子的母親的兒童家長(zhǎng)育兒知識(shí)知曉水平越高。結(jié)論基層醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生機(jī)構(gòu)中0~2歲兒童家長(zhǎng)育兒知識(shí)知曉水平有待提高,基層醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)開(kāi)展形式多樣的、有針對(duì)性的兒童家長(zhǎng)健康教育。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the knowledge of parents' child-rearing knowledge and its influencing factors in order to provide the basis and reference for further health education and health promotion of children's parents. Methods the convenience sampling method was used to select 14 community health service centers and 13 township health centers in 14 provinces and cities. A self-designed questionnaire on parents' knowledge and behavior was used to investigate the child-rearing related knowledge of 4,639 children aged 2 years who received child health management in January and June 2014. Results among the 4 639 parents surveyed, the parents in eastern region, city, high education level, high monthly family income and the knowledge level of parental knowledge of 0- and 2-year-old children who were mothers of children were higher than those of parents (P0.05). Multivariate conditional Logistics regression analysis showed that the higher the education level of the parents and the higher the knowledge level of the parents who were the mothers of the children were living in cities. Conclusion the level of parental knowledge of 0 ~ 2 year old children needs to be improved in primary medical and health institutions. Health education of parents should be carried out in various forms in primary medical and health institutions.
