新疆干旱沙漠特殊環(huán)境石油工人職業(yè)緊張與社會(huì)支持調(diào)查

【摘要】：[目的]探討新疆干旱沙漠特殊環(huán)境石油工人的職業(yè)緊張及社會(huì)支持情況。[方法]采用自行設(shè)計(jì)的一般人口學(xué)問(wèn)卷及職業(yè)緊張量表(OSI-R)、社會(huì)支持量表(SSRS)對(duì)1 100名新疆干旱沙漠特殊環(huán)境石油工人進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。[結(jié)果]除了任務(wù)模糊(RA)得分與技術(shù)工人常模比較差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)外,野外石油工人工作環(huán)境、個(gè)體緊張反應(yīng)得分均高于技術(shù)工人常模,而社會(huì)支持和理性處事(RC)得分均低于技術(shù)工人常模,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.001);職業(yè)任務(wù)(ORQ)得分在不同年齡組之間不全相同,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);兩兩比較,年齡40歲組ORQ問(wèn)卷得分為(149.31±21.85),低于30~40歲組(153.05±19.28),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);個(gè)人應(yīng)對(duì)資源(PRQ)問(wèn)卷的得分在工齡≥10年組為(128.80±16.18),高于工齡10年組(126.74±13.22),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);ORQ與個(gè)體緊張反應(yīng)(PSQ)得分在不同文化程度組之間得分不全相同,兩兩比較,初中及以下學(xué)歷者ORQ為(142.65±21.22)及PSQ為(118.04±15.46),得分均低于高中及同等學(xué)力者和本科及以上者得分(P0.05),ORQ與PSQ得分分別為(149.11±21.68)、(153.52±18.53)和(128.17±20.43)、(129.26±18.54);高度緊張組的社會(huì)支持總分(38.56±8.39)和支持利用度得分(7.38±1.78)低于低度緊張組[(44.08±8.48)、(9.07±1.80)](P0.05);影響新疆野外石油工人緊張反應(yīng)的主要因素有:任務(wù)過(guò)重(RO)、RA、工作環(huán)境(PE)、休閑(RE)、RC和支持利用度。[結(jié)論]新疆干旱沙漠環(huán)境下野外石油工人個(gè)體緊張反應(yīng)水平較高,應(yīng)對(duì)主要影響因素采取有針對(duì)性的干預(yù)措施以緩解其職業(yè)緊張。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the occupational stress and social support of oil workers in special environment of arid desert in Xinjiang. [methods] A self-designed General demographic questionnaire (GDQ) and Occupational stress scale (OSI-R) and Social support scale (SSRS) were used to investigate 1 100 oil workers in arid desert in Xinjiang. [results] except that there was no significant difference between the (RA) score of task fuzzy and the norm of skilled workers (P0.05), the scores of field oil workers' working environment and individual stress reaction were all higher than those of skilled workers' norm. The scores of social support and rational handling (RC) were lower than the norm of skilled workers (P0. 001), the (ORQ) scores of occupational tasks were not all the same among different age groups, the differences were statistically significant (P0.05). The score of ORQ questionnaire in the age group of 40 years old was (149.31 鹵21.85), lower than that in the group of 30 years old (153.05 鹵19.28), the difference was statistically significant (P0.05), and the score of personal resource (PRQ) questionnaire was (128.80 鹵16.18) in the group with 10 years of service, which was higher than that in the group of 10 years of service (126.74 鹵13.22). The difference was statistically significant (P0.05 vs individual stress). The response (PSQ) scores were not all the same among the different education groups. Pairwise comparison, The scores of ORQ and PSQ were (142.65 鹵21.22) and (118.04 鹵15.46) in junior middle school and below respectively, which were lower than those in senior middle school and those with similar academic ability and undergraduate and above (P0.05 鹵21.68), (153.52 鹵18.53) and PSQ (128.17 鹵20.43), (129.26 鹵18.54), respectively, and the total score of social support and the score of support utilization in high stress group were (38.56 鹵8.39) and (7.38 鹵1.78), respectively (P0.05 鹵21.68), (153.52 鹵18.53) and (128.17 鹵20.43), (129.26 鹵18.54). It was lower than the low stress group [(44.08 鹵8.48), (9.07 鹵1.80)] (P0.05), and the main factors affecting the stress response of the field petroleum workers in Xinjiang were as follows: (PE), leisure (RE), RC and support utilization in the overworked (RO), RA, working environment. [conclusion] the level of individual stress response of oil workers in Xinjiang is relatively high in arid desert environment, and some intervention measures should be taken to alleviate occupational stress.
