【摘要】：為研究三聚氰胺對(duì)不同周齡BALC小鼠腎毒性的差異情況,將3、6、12周齡SPF級(jí)BALC雌性小鼠各60只隨機(jī)分成3組,分別對(duì)照組和20、500 mg/kg三聚氰胺染毒組,每組20只。采用自由飼喂法進(jìn)行染毒,連續(xù)染毒28 d。測(cè)定小鼠的血清肌酐、尿素氮濃度。結(jié)果顯示,與對(duì)照組比較,各劑量三聚氰胺染毒組BALC小鼠的血清肌酐和尿素氮濃度均較高,除12周齡20 mg/kg組外,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01);且隨著三聚氰胺染毒劑量的升高,不同周齡BALC小鼠的血清肌酐和尿素氮濃度均呈上升趨勢(shì)。提示三聚氰胺對(duì)小鼠的腎毒性隨著周齡的增大而減弱。
[Abstract]:In order to study the renal toxicity of melamine to BALC mice of different weeks, 60 female SPF female mice of 12 weeks old were randomly divided into three groups: control group and 20500 mg/kg melamine group, 20 mice in each group. The method of free feeding was used for 28 days. Serum creatinine and urea nitrogen concentration in mice were determined. The results showed that the concentrations of serum creatinine and urea nitrogen in BALC mice exposed to melamine were higher than those in control group, except for 20 mg/kg group at 12 weeks old, the difference was statistically significant (P0.01), and the concentration of serum creatinine and urea nitrogen increased with the increase of melamine exposure dose. Serum creatinine and urea nitrogen concentrations in BALC mice at different weeks showed an increasing trend. The results suggest that the nephrotoxicity of melamine to mice decreases with the increase of age.
