【摘要】：目的評估紹興市上虞區(qū)常規(guī)免疫報告質(zhì)量。方法收集上虞區(qū)20家預(yù)防接種門診2014年常規(guī)免疫報告數(shù)據(jù),利用世界衛(wèi)生組織(WHO)數(shù)據(jù)評估工具的確認(rèn)因子(Verification factors,VF)和質(zhì)量指數(shù)(Quality index,QI)分別評價報告數(shù)據(jù)和監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)質(zhì)量。結(jié)果全區(qū)20個疫苗劑次的VF范圍為0.94-1.04。20家預(yù)防接種門診所有疫苗劑次的VF范圍為0.07-3.25,其中12家(60%)門診在0.85-1.15之間;監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的平均QI為76.59;平均VF偏離1的絕對值與QI呈負(fù)相關(guān)。結(jié)論上虞區(qū)常規(guī)免疫報告總體質(zhì)量較好,但各預(yù)防接種門診之間差異較大。WHO數(shù)據(jù)評估工具為評價常規(guī)免疫報告質(zhì)量提供了新方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the quality of routine immunization report in Shangyu District of Shaoxing City. Methods routine immunization data were collected from 20 vaccination clinics in Shangyu District in 2014. The quality of the data and the quality index (Quality index,QI) of the World Health Organization (WHO) (WHO) data Evaluation tool were used to evaluate the quality of the report data and the monitoring system respectively. Results the VF range of 20 vaccine doses in the whole region ranged from 0.94-1.04.20 vaccine doses to 0.07-3.25 for all vaccine doses, 12 (60%) outpatients were between 0.85-1.15, the average QI of the surveillance system was 76.59, and the absolute value of average VF deviation from 1 was negatively correlated with QI. Conclusion the general quality of routine immunization reports in Shangyu area is good, but there are great differences among the vaccination outpatients. The WHO data evaluation tool provides a new method for evaluating the quality of routine immunization reports.
